Lantos, the Balkans and the ZPC Connection
Deception, manipulation, lies, fraud and corruption in favour of terror, wars on terror (WOT) and totalitarianism at home, have inspired US congressman Tom Lantos who for 27 years has represented Israeli interests as an AIPAC ally and has eagerly supported the Balkan and Middle East wars, inching towards the New World Order (NWO). He died a month ago, after declining re-election due to cancer, missing by just six days the proclamation of Kosovo "independence" – his pet project.
Lantos parts with thousands of politicians, pundits, media moguls, journalists, editors and publishers, bankers and businessmen, professors and intellectuals, as well as PR firms, think tanks and organizations who in similar style have influenced policy internationally – with unprecedented consequences. Critics such as s Mearsheimer and Walt call this group in the USA – the Israel Lobby, and Kevin MacDonald – neoconservatives (neocons), a subset of the Israel lobby. James Petras expands his critique to the Zionist Power Configuration (ZPC), a global web of powerful individuals and organizations who advocate for, support and carry out radical pro-Israeli and Judeocentric policies.
MacDonald defined the ZPC vanguard in the USA, the neocons: "a complex interlocking professional and family network centered around Jewish publicists and organizers flexibly deployed to recruit the sympathies of both Jews and non-Jews in harnessing the wealth and power of the United States in the service of Israel [...] a semicovert branch of the massive and highly effective pro-Israel lobby." Congressman Ron Paul dared say neocons "have a close alliance with the Likud Party", Israel's ultra-extremists and racists, but neocon personal relationships with Israeli leaders cover American and global Jewry – a world-wide web. Neocons' WOT and Palestine villainy is generally known, the one for the Balkan conflicts – less so. Given the authority and clout of the USA on the global stage, the primary responsibility for US-NATO intervention failures in the Balkans rests on the neocons, the strongest arm of the ZPC. This article aims to show it.
These radical US-Israeli movers and shakers exploit whatever group, including the Jewish masses, and tens of millions of Christians who believe in Israel as a sign of the Second Coming of Christ. Even before Zionists organized in 1895 for a Jewish homeland, they had funded an American pastor Cyrus Scofield to add hundreds of new pages to the old Authorized King James Version of the Bible by 1908, and later "transplanted their agenda into many Christian denominations amidst the ashes of the two world wars". The Christian fanatics are "increasingly seen as willful enablers of the annihilation of nations and tribes, including the Iraqis and Palestinians" – see Joseph Canfield’s Incredible Scofield and His Book. The ZPC is thus not exclusively "Jewish".
Petras believes the Lobby has "created a "tyranny of Israel over the US" with consequences grave enough to threaten world peace and stability, the global economy, and the very future of democracy in this country." Apologists of the US Israel Lobby lament that no, not the Lobby but the Big Biz drives America's imperialism. Petras and Robin Eastman-Abaya submit: "There is no evidence that the major US oil corporations pressured Congress or promoted the war in Iraq or the current confrontation with Iran [...T]hey are very uneasy about the losses that may result from an Israeli attack on Iran." Since Israel doesn't help the US control the Middle East oil, the Big Corporations would be better off if the US supported the Palestinians.
The super secret National Security Agency (NSA) risks infiltration by the Lobby: "with pro-Israeli neocons now engrained within the CIA, Defense Intelligence Agency, State Department, and National Security Council, NSA is ripe for penetration by Israeli intelligence [...F]oreign intelligence services such as the Mossad could make another attempt to penetrate [NSA]." The post-9/11 institutions (DHS, Patriot Act) evoke memories of Gestapo secret police and Nazi legislation against political opponents. The fact that a US-Israeli citizen is at the helm of the DHS with former high KGB officers, should be a cause for much concern and a genocide alert. The top Nazis were Zionist Jews, too: Bach-Zelewski, Eichmann, Frank, Globocnik, Goebbels, Goering, Hess, Heydrich, Himmler, Hitler, Ribbentrop, Strasser and many others, according to hard-to-find references, such as German Jewish teacher Dietrich Bronder's book, Before Hitler Came (1964). Cambridge University's Bryan Rigg traced the Jewish ancestry of over 1,200 Hitler's soldiers, including two field marshals and 15 generals "commanding up to 100,000 troops" (Los Angeles Times, Dec. 24.12.1996; JTI 26.12.1996).
Lantos symbolizes American policy failures in the Middle East and the Balkans. His colleagues may miss this self-proclaimed warrior for human rights and a phony emblem of America's cause in World War II, but the peoples he has sacrificed for Judeocentric goals – Serbs and other Slavs, Iraqis, Palestinians... who die and lose ancestral lands and identity for ZPC’s interests – will miss him not. As to the future of Lantos’ nest, Evan Goldstein predicts, regardless of the hoped-for blow to neocons in the Iraqi quagmire: "They are in it for the long haul; they have been at this for decades […] This is not a movement that is on its heels. And though the professionalization of the neoconservative movement was in part its undoing as a vibrant intellectual force in American life, the very fact that it has been so institutionalized in Washington guarantees that it will remain an influential force well beyond Iraq."
Stolen by terror
The USA, the EU and the UN have been supporting Kosovo government from the moment it arose from the Kosovo Liberation Army. In 1998, the US state department removed it from an official list of terrorist groups, in violation of UNSC resolution 1160 (31.3.1998). US and NATO provided KLA with arms and training. An October 1998 Islamic conference in Pakistan called KLA struggle "Jihad" (Wall Street Journal Europe 1.11.2001). On 23.2.1998, US special envoy to Bosnia, Robert Gelbard called KLA an Islamic terrorist organization (BBC 28.6.1998). An Islamic organization, be it military or not, cannot espouse secular values. By 1999, US special forces, British SAS teams, and representatives from US mercenary Military Professional Resources Inc. (MPRI) were training KLA in its Northern Albanian bases (Daily Telegraph 18.4.1999).
In January 1999, neocon Morton Abramowitz outlined options in support of Kosovo independence: bombing Serbia, removing Milosevic, arming and training the KLA, and making Kosovo a NATO protectorate via ground forces (American Spectator June 1999). A Czech Jewess rescued by Serbs with her family during WWII, Madeleine Albright legitimized the criminal KLA to a status of representative in Ramboulliet "negotiations" that bullied the Serbs into NATO invasion, or else "we will bomb you". On March 24, 1999, US-NATO-sponsored KLA terror in Kosovo became US-NATO terror bombing of Yugoslav civilians and infrastructure for 78 days and nights. Yugoslavia had 25 NATO countries set against it. On the day the bombing started, Europol was preparing a report for European interior and justice ministers on a connection between the KLA and Albanian drug gangs (London Times 24.3.1999). The balance in military manpower was 7:1, in equipment 600:1, and in economic power 990:1 (Bozidar Delic, Kosovo and Metohija: Past, Present and Future, Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Belgrade, 2006, p 337). When on Joschka Fischer’s initiative NATO members agreed to suspend the air raids for Orthodox Easter, Albright opposed this "extraordinary sensitivity", because it would be wrong and provocative to celebrate a Christian holiday in a war between Serbs and Muslims.
The chief bomber was general Wesley Clark under state secretary James Rubin and defense secretary William Cohen. Clark is known for following special mission orders at the Waco massacre. Clark is in a photo with KLA leaders – war criminal Hashim Thaci and indicted war criminal Agim Ceku, UN governor of Kosovo, Bernard Kouchner, and gen. Sir Michael Jackson, KFOR commander. In a country with only couple of percent of Jews, why so many important posts during the Balkan wars were held by them? Why so many in the infowar waged by PR firms and the multitude of media outlets? Because no one else would go for the duplicity and naked terror?
Countless "experts" and "reporters" first propagated fabrications and lies about the Serbs to make the bombing agreeable, then cheered to the bombing. A Pulitzer Prize laureate Mark Thomas Friedman wrote after 12 days "of surgical bombing" (NYT 6.4.1999): "Let's see what 12 weeks of less than surgical bombing does. Give war a chance." He urged NATO to commit war crimes, and pressured Yugoslavia : "Every week you ravage Kosovo is another decade we will set your country back by pulverizing you" (NYT April 9 and 23, May 4 and 11, 1999). Infrastructure was disrupted: "NATO began its second month of bombing against Yugoslavia today with new strikes against military targets that disrupted civilian electrical and water supplies." Senator Joseph Lieberman said after two months' of "shock and awe": "We’re trying through the air campaign to break the will of the Serbian people" (Fox News 23.5.1999). NATO airforce commander Michael Short contradicted NATO generals who presented the war as being "against Milosevic": "no power to your refrigerator, no gas to your stove, you can't get to work because the bridge is down – the bridge on which you held your rock concerts – and you all stood with targets on your heads. That needs to disappear at 3 o'clock in the morning" (International Herald Tribune 14.5.1999).
The US, Germany and a few other NATO vassals emulate Hitler's "independent", racially pure Kosovo. Serbian prime minister Kostunica stated (Tanjug, 9.2.2008) that by deciding to send a mission to implement Kosovo's unilateral independence by changing Serbia's internationally recognized borders – a gross violation of the UN Charter, the EU had also breached UNSC resolution 1244 which guarantees the respect of Serbia's territorial integrity. Kostunica asserted: "this fake state will never exist for Serbia and that Kosovo-Metohija will always remain Serbia's province [...] This is the age of force, but Serbia's historic experience shows that the age of law and justice will inevitably come."
Pogroms of Kosovo Serbs in March 2004 have shown what radical Albanians mean by independence, co-existence and tolerance. In just two days, while NATO and UN forces watched "helplessly", the hordes terrorized remaining Serbs and other minorities into flight, and destroyed more than 30 churches and monasteries, bringing the total to over 150 since NATO and UN "liberated" Kosovo in 1999, some dating from the Middle Ages. Even the Ottoman occupant had not done anything similar over their 500-year rule of Kosovo.
For Israel’s fascism in Palestine
The House Foreign Relations Committee's chairman Lantos held an official congressional hearing on the Annapolis 2007, Israeli-Palestinian peace conference, without state department officials present. The invitees advocated formalized Israeli controls, normalization of diplomatic ties with Israel, and no further Israeli "concessions" to Palestinian "extremists". According to Sam Sedaei, they were only two persons: "Dennis Ross - counselor of the hawkish Washington Institute for Near East Policy, which is the research arm of American Israeli Political Action Committee (AIPAC) - and David Wurmser - a neoconservative who has long been credited as being one of the main authors of the 1996 report Clean Break".
Clean Break was published by an Israeli think-tank (Washington Times 7.10.2002). The report advised the right-wing incoming Israeli president Benjamin Netanyahu to adopt "an entirely new intellectual foundation" as a strategic base "to engage every possible energy on rebuilding Zionism". It urged aggressive quest for the downfall of Syria and Iraq by exploiting Arab states’ internal and external tensions, and recommended that Israel with Turkey and Jordan remove Hussein from power to foil Syria’s ambitions. The report suggested Israel abandon the Oslo Accords, develop a traditional balance-of-power foreign policy, reserve the right to invade Palestinian land in "self-defense," abandon "land for peace" proposals, reestablish preemptive strikes policy, forge closer US ties while aiming at self-reliance, and seek an alternative to PLO leader Arafat. Top neocon Richard Perle co-authored Clean Break.
Political Action Committees' support to Lantos made him the 8th highest receiver of pro-Israel contributions in the House of Representatives. Haaretz (30.12.2002) quoted Lantos as having told Knesset's Colette Avital: "you won’t have any problem with Saddam. We’ll be rid of the bastard soon enough. And in his place we'll install a pro-Western dictator who will be good for us and for you." Sedaei thought this was why a former AIPAC leader had regarded Lantos "true blue and white", and Serge Halimi of Le Monde Diplomatique – "a mouth piece for Likud policies". In 2004, Ro Khanna, an Indian-American lawyer challenged Lantos' 12-term power: "we have to find a way of articulating a very pro-Israel position that recognizes it as a strong ally and recognizes its security threat, but expresses empathy to the pain and suffering of the Palestinian people. That’s in the best interest of the US, in the best interest of Israel and in the best interest of the world".
A promoter of fairer policies, the Council for the National Interest (CNI) held a hearing (14.12.2007) that emphasized reachout to Islamist factions in the Middle East (CNI e-bulletin, 20.12.2007, http://cnifoundation.org/). Moderated by Edward Peck, former chief of mission in Iraq and deputy director of the Task Force on Terrorism in the Reagan administration, the speakers were members of a CNI delegation to the region, where, led by ambassador Robert Keeley, they talked to presidents, prime ministers, foreign ministers, Knesset deputies, UN officers, and leaders of Hamas and Hezbollah. CNI’s Richard Bliss shared his shock after this, his first, visit to the region: "Several million Palestinians are living in a police state on their own land, courtesy of Israel. It takes on more characteristics of a concentration camp every day. If this were occurring any other place on the planet, the perpetrators would be subject of US sanctions, or worse. And we are paying for this."
To journalist Dan Lieberman, the situation was not conducive to peace, while the Israeli public seemed to have little interest in seeing justice done to the Palestinians: "The only means to secure peace with justice in this conflict is by international attention, led by the United States that recognizes the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and the threat posed to the entire world community by this endless conflict". For decades, most of the world have been condemning Israel’s subjugation and oppression of Palestinians as outrageous, criminal, and done in contravention of well established precepts of international law. Overwhelming majorities have approved numerous UN resolutions condemning Israel, thereby reflecting the international consensus. Israel has been defying the resolutions in its occupation of conquered lands, in extra-judicial killings, and in its repeated acts of military aggression. UN’s Kofi Annan said (Forward 19.4.2002): "The whole world is demanding that Israel withdraw […] I don't think the whole world […] can be wrong."
Zionist conquest of Palestine resembles Albanian conquest of Kosovo, where after two centuries of terror and "demographic conquest" crowned by Tito and ZPC policies, the Serbian cradle is given to neo-fascist aliens, with majority disapproval at the UN. At the 1947 UN partition of Palestine, there were 1,300,000 Palestinian Arabs and 630,000 Jews (31% of the population). Between the UN partition of Palestine (29.11.1947), and proclamation of Israel (15.5.1948), Zionist army and militia had seized 75% of Palestine, forcing 780,000 Palestinians out; 385 out of 475 Palestinian villages and towns were reduced to rubble and 90 stripped of land. By 1976, the Koenig Report stated: "We must use terror, assassination, intimidation, land confiscation and the cutting of all social services to rid the Galilee of its Arab population" (Al Hamishmar 7.9.1976). Former military intelligence chief and Israel’s minister of information, Aharon Yariv called for a war situation "in order to exile 700,000 to 800,000 Arabs" (Haaretz 23.5.1980).
In The Jewish Genocide of Armenian Christians (2007), Christopher Bjerknes traces Judeocentric mayhem against gentiles – from "puppet Nero" with his Jewish wife burning Rome; through Cromwell's civil war that gave England to Jewish bankers; puppets Robespierre and Napoleon who brought France into self-destructive war for "liberty, equality, fraternity"; to crypto-Jews preaching the same and "slaughtering Armenians to bring the Turkish Empire and Germany into conflict with Great Britain and Russia. Crypto-Jewish Revolutionaries (Donmehs) then deliberately ruined the Turkish Empire, while scapegoating Moslems for the atrocities Jews had covertly committed. To this end, the Jews "promised Armenian leaders that if they sacrificed large numbers of their own people, the massacres of innocent Armenians would serve as a casus belli for the Western Powers to attack and destroy the Turkish Empire" and dismantle it into segregated nations, thereby giving the Armenians independence.
The Jews promises the Kurdish leaders "an independent Kurdistan, and an opportunity to plunder Armenian wealth, if they exterminated the Armenians", fomenting "wars of extermination between Christians and Moslems", whom they later scapegoated. Through their control of the press and of secret societie", Jews alerted the Sultan that Christians were gaining power in the Empire, and that Jews could solve the Sultan's financial problems, which Jews had deliberately caused. Jews led Armenian leaders to betray their own people by bribing them. Using Donmehs who pretended to be Armenian Christians, Jews provoked the Kurds to murder Armenian Christians by offering them Kurdistan, "the captured wealth of the Armenians" and immunity from their crimes.
Bjerken's explains scapegoating from Hebrew Bible in Levictus, chapter 16, and the book of Yoma in . The ZPC scapegoats Hetzbollah and Palestinians: "Israel sent Jewish soldiers into foreign territory to stage a pretext for wars in Gaza and Lebanon, then pretended that the capture of these soldiers constituted a casus belli for the genocidal wars Jews have been planning for 2,500 [years...], so that the Jews can steal the lands they promised to themselves thousands of years ago – lands to which the Jews were never a native population [...My] assertions have since been confirmed by Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's testimony to the Winograd Commission. Jews overrate the strength of Hetzbollah so as to provide a pretext for the complete destruction of Lebanon ancient Jews planned in the Hebrew Bible in the book of Ezekiel, Chapters 27 and 28. Jews offered false hope that their unprovoked aggression would soon end, then dashed those hopes by intensifying their mass murder of helpless Lebanese children and babies in the "Second Lebanon War". Jews then poured the blood of their victims back onto their victims by scapegoating them for Jewish atrocities. Jews are presently planning to again attack Lebanon and steal from the Lebanese people the Land of Lebanon. They are again attacking defenseless Palestinians in Gaza. They will, of course, scapegoat their victims in the international press they control through ownership, infiltration and intimidation."
ZPC, neocons and Jewishness
Not all Jews are Zionists and Zionists are not all Jews. Yet, the ZPC intimidates opponents and critics by "anti-Semite" labeling. From the beginning Zionists exploited anti-Semitism to pursue their goals. A co-founder of Zionism recognized sub-ordination of Jewish suffering to building a Jewish state: "I shall induce anti-Semites to liquidate Jewish wealth […] The anti-Semites will assist us thereby in that they will strengthen the persecution and oppression of Jews" (Theodore Herzl, Diary, Part I, p 16). This policy culminated in preposterous claims that six million Jews faced death in countries overtaken by WWI (American Hebrew, 31.10.1919). Twenty-three years on, the Zionist Nazis made this Judaic quirk work. The six million figure remains an indisputable dogma of the Holocaust Religion, a Zionist replacement for Jewish Orthodox belief in God. It is one thing to be anti-Semitic – prejudiced against Jews, and quite another to be anti-Zionist – against Judeocentric extremism. ZPC’s amnesia on Jewish genocide in Bolshevism, Communism (or in "small" events like the Armenian genocide) and in annihilation of millions of ordinary Jews by the Nazis, post-WWII equation of Nazism with the worst evil, condemnation of European ethnocentrism, and the identification of Jews as the chosen people who had experienced a unique and exceptional Holocaust – all this has contributed to the creation of the Holocaustianity and its Industry.
The Religion underpins the multi-billon dollar, fraudulent exploits of the Industry, as Norman Finkelstein has exposed and Jewish rightful heirs have confirmed. Ironically, the Industry denies Shoah – the mainstay of Holocaustianity, by overestimating the number of survivors. The Judeocentric Holocaust culture has created sacred dogmas guarded by "anti-Semite", "hater", "fascist" and "Nazi sympathizer" labels, or personal ruin and imprisonment in the worst cases: "the creation and maintenance of the culture of the Holocaust and the special moral claims of Jews and Israel might be more fairly viewed the intended result of Jewish ethnic activism." In 2007, Israeli statesman Rafi Eitan, who had led the capture of Jewish Nazi Eichmann, updated the Religion to the "terrorist" context: some forces were again capable of producing Holocaust through acts of terrorism and WMD. He couldn’t have meant Israel and ZPC, because he spoke at the March of the Living in Auschwitz, an annual event for Pole-hating, Israeli flag-waving youth, guarded by armed Mossad agents (in sovereign Poland!).
The ZPC is getting anti-Semitic police in Europe and the Religion may get added protection. A EU law has been proposed under German presidency, to outlaw denial of mass crimes. Hinting German stakes, the draft refers to crimes of the last 20 years, including war crimes and alleged genocides in Yugoslavia and Rwanda, and extends the idea of Holocaust denial to "gross minimization of genocide out of racist and xenophobic motives". A client of the EU law would be Muslims, too. They claim, against the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruling, that Milosevic and Serbs have committed genocide in Bosnia. Western support to radical Muslims in the Balkan wars has led to declarations of Srebrenica massacre as genocide and Europe's largest mass crime since WWII, against evidence and demonstrably to justify the "humanitarian interventionism". At least Holocaustianity's Shoah has been genocide on millions of people, Jews. Attempts to support Islamist Religion of Victimhood with unproven genocide in Bosnia is a farce that insults the memory of Shoah and tens of millions of Holocaust’s other victims.
Americans and allies lost thousands of lives as a result of US support to Israel’s wars. The US taxpayer gives Israel one-fifth of America's foreign aid. The USA vetoed almost all UNSC resolutions against Israel. US interventionism set up "civilizational" confrontations with faith groups and nations who seek to prevent US hegemony: the Slavic world in Central and Eastern Europe and in the rest of Russia, and the Islamic world’s Sunni insurgents and Shiite Iranians. In the Balkans, the ZPC pushed the US to intervene into preventable civil wars that weakened America's greatest civilisational ally Europe, turned away the Slav sympathizer, and established the Jihadist Trojan Horse against the West.
Prior to neocons' bad publicity due to genocide in Iraq, mainstream media has been freely noting the Jewishness of the most powerful and active purveyors of neoconservatism. Edmund Connely explains this "schizophrenia within the Jewish community": "Initially, many prominent Jews and publications that are considered to be heavily Jewish were quite proud of the [neocon Jewishness] and were not shy about sharing this information publicly. As the "cakewalk" in Iraq turned sour, however, there was a concomitant turn toward silence about this fact. When respected sources such as former President Jimmy Carter or elite scholars Mearsheimer and Walt came out with books that uncomfortably pointed to Zionist power in America, […s]uch comfortable homes to neoconservatism as The Public Interest, The National Interest, and Commentary (published by The American Jewish Committee) began to ignore any connection between Jews and neoconservatism."
The trend has returned: "There’s no point denying it: neocons tend to be Jewish […] neoconservatism’s priorities [...] from strong support for Israel to vehement opposition to affirmative action, are heavily influenced by the values, interests and collective historical memory of the Jewish people", states a NYT review of Jacob Heilbrunn’s They Knew They Were Right. These words echo the findings by Mearsheimer & Walt, MacDonald and Petras that have earned them "anti-Semite" labels.
At the core of Judeocentrism are the contempt for and license to kill non-Jews, and regard of the Jewish people as God's chosen. Israeli Torah scholars have ruled that Christians "who accept the so-called divinity of Jesus" are "idolaters according to the Torah, punishable by death". The Babylonian Talmud (Sanhedrin 37a) restricts the duty to save life to Jewish lives. Hesronot Ha-shas (Cracow 1894), a Jewish book on Hebrew censorship notes that other Talmud texts use the universalist phrase, "Whoever destroys the life of a single human being [...] it is as if he had destroyed an entire world; and whoever preserves the life of a single human being [...] it is as if he had preserved an entire world". Spielberg's Schindler's List attributed the universalist version used in the movie's motto, to the Talmud to give a humanistic gloss to this racist, chauvinist literature. According to Talmud's Baba Mezia 114b, Berakoth 58a, Kerithoth 6b, Arakin 19b, Berakoth 25b, Niddah 45a, Shabbath 150a, and Yebamoth 61a and 98a, Gentiles are not human beings. The alleged Biblical proof for many of Talmud's racist assertions is Ezekiel 34:31 and 23:20, but the scriptures don't support the claim that only Israelites are human. Berakoth 58a also teaches that even a Jew who reveals this Talmudic bigotry that through Gentile wrath causes the repression of Judaism, deserves death.
The original Hebrew of the Babylonian Talmud, as cited by Jewish Encyclopedia (Funk and Wagnalls, 1907, p 617), quotes rabbi Simon ben Yohai: "Even the best of the gentiles should all be killed". The Jewish Encyclopedia adds that "in the various versions the reading has been altered. Israelis participate in an annual pilgrimage to the grave of ben Yohai who advocated the extermination of non-Jews (Jewish Press 9.6.1989). On Purim, Feb. 25, 1994, Israeli army officer Baruch Goldstein massacred 40 Palestinian civilians, including children, during a prayer in a mosque. Goldstein was a disciple of the late Brooklyn rabbi Meir Kahane, who told CBS News that his teaching that Arabs are "dogs" is derived "from the Talmud." (CBS 60 Minutes, Kahane). University of Jerusalem Ehud Sprinzak described Kahane and Goldstein's philosophy: "They believe it's God's will that they commit violence against goyim, a Hebrew term for non-Jews" (NY Daily News 26.2.1994). Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg declared: "We have to recognize that Jewish blood and the blood of a goy are not the same thing." (NYT 6.6.1989). Rabbi Yaacov Perrin said: "One million Arabs are not worth a Jewish fingernail" (NY Daily News, 28.2.1994).
Pharisees' designated foe has been, since the Christ's times, the Christians. Talmud's scurrilous references to Jesus Christ and the Blessed Mary are Gittin 57a, Sanhedrin 43a and Kallah 51a. Israel Shahak notes in Jewish History, Jewish Religion: "The Editio Princeps of the complete Code of Talmudic Law, Maimonides' Mishneh Torah -- replete not only with the most offensive precepts against all Gentiles but also with explicit attacks on Christianity and on Jesus (after whose name the author adds piously, "May the name of the wicked perish") [...] The Hebrew form of the name Jesus--Yeshu--was interpreted as an acronym for the curse, "may his name and memory be wiped out," which is used as an extreme form of abuse. In fact, anti-zionist Orthodox Jews (such as Neturey Qarta) sometimes refer to Herzl as "Herzl Jesus" and I have found in religious zionist writings expressions such as "Nasser Jesus" and more recently "Arafat Jesus"."
Referring to Babylonian Talmud's Sanhedrin 43a and 107b, Sotah 47a and Shabbos 104b, the webpages (accessed 13.3.2008) of one of the world's largest Orthodox Jewish groups, the Hasidic Lubavitchers, lists "sins of "Jesus the Nazarene"". The website's Lubavitchers await rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, their Messiah, to return from the dead; other say that the Messiah is the Jewish people. The Lubavitchers have immediate access to US president through his press secretary, Ari Fleischer, a Reform Jew. They are backed by senator Joseph Lieberman, an Orthodox Jew. The chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, senator Carl Levin (D-Mich.), has commended Chabad Lubavitch "ideals" in the US Senate. Jewish members of Congress regularly attend seminars conducted by a Lubavitcher rabbi. The former assistant defense secretary, Paul Wolfowitz, the comptroller of the defense department Dov Zakheim (an ordained Orthodox rabbi), and former deputy treasury secretary Stuart Eizenstat,, are Lubavitchers. Jerusalem Post (19.10. 2001) wrote about Chabad; "It is an organization with immense world-wide financial resources [...] a movement of monumental importance. Observant Jews are profoundly dependent on its emissaries all over the world [...] its rabbis dominate or are poised to dominate Jewish communities in a startling number of countries." The Jewish Virtual Library tells a similar story.
According to Carol Valentine's The Lubavitchers - a Theocracy in America?, the Lubavitchers want to make all Jews – Reform, Conservative and Orthodox – hyper "Jewish." In the Lubavitcher program, Jews are above everyone. After the adversaries disappear, the Messiah will teach the Word of G-d to all. All religions will vanish and everyone will become a Hasidic Gentile. The US military will help Islam to "disappear." 9/11 planes were used with the full knowledge and consent of the North American Aerospace Command and the attacks were blamed on Muslim terrorists. Levin, a supporter of Chabad Lubavitch, has been protecting two treasonous US generals who helped forward the cause of world Jewish domination. He allowed (13.9.2001) gen. Richard Myers, vice-chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and a former NORAD commander, to lie about 9/11. Afterwards, Levin and his committee awarded Myers as the new chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Then Levin allowed (25.10.2001) gen. Ralph Eberhart, commander of NORAD, to lie about 9/11.
Mendacious interventionism and genocide
The ZPC in the USA is not exclusively "neocon", either. Years ahead of 9/11, WOT, and the "liberation" of Iraq (but with similar reference to genocide and mass murder), US interventionism in the Balkans originated from an alliance of neocons and liberal "hawks" who obtained the support of the US Right and Left for the KLA under Clinton. The War Over Iraq (2003) by neocons Lawrence Kaplan and William Kristol depicts the merger of Left and Right interventionists. Heilbrunn’s book refers to Kaplan-Kristol philosophy: "the main issue that should unite the liberal and conservative hawks was the belief that American power, which had liberated the Balkans from Serbian aggression, should be redeployed against Iraq. Once again, morality was the key as well as the putative link between Osama and Saddam […] Such bellicose rhetoric was adopted by numerous liberal hawks."
Justin Raimondo, the Republican opponent of Nancy Pelosi, recalls he asked her in 1996, why the war against Serbia should be "worth a single life, either American or Serbian? Her answer consisted of a single word: "Genocide!"" Clintonians rationalized so in order "to make their war palatable" and appended the Holocaustian propaganda with comments on a necessary demonstration of US power in the post-Cold War era – an occasion to "crush Serb skulls" (Kristol). Infected by the bellicosity, Hillary Clinton, a liberal, spoke for war as the Kosovo invasion was being prepared. Her vote authorized the 1999 air raids against "Milosevic and Serbs". Gail Sheehy's book on Hillary reveals how the Monica-Bill relationship spiced the genesis of the ZPC’s act of aggression against Christian Serbs to prevent "genocide". In March 1999, after eight months’ silence following the Lewinsky affaire, Hillary phoned Bill to demand that he bomb Yugoslavia: "The day after she said that, he announced that he was informing his NATO allies that he was recommending a bombing campaign." Marek Edelman, a survivor of the Warsaw Ghetto, appealed from Warsaw to stop a "Balkan genocide" which he sensed by the smell of "Albanian blood". Edelman inspired two German Greens, Joschka Fischer and Cohn-Bendit. Hillary and Bill joined in the call.
Clintonian genocide hysteria persisted throughout the "Kosovo" bombing campaign, excusing "collateral damage" and heating up bellicosity. Rubin said (19.4.1999) that up to 500,000 missing Kosovo Albanians might be dead, Cohen alleged 100,000 victims (16.5.1999), and Clinton tens of thousands (25.5.1999). Tony Blair expected irrefutable evidence of "yet unknown" number of tortured and killed victims. The claim stopped at 11,000. US-NATO officials reported many bodies allegedly hidden in Trepca mine shafts or dissolved in acid. Estimates began at 1,000 dead, but the International Criminal Tribunal for Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) found no bodies. Similar deception frustrated and angered Western forensic teams in the mass-grave frenzy after the bombing, as they found only some 4,000 bodies, including natural deaths, unknown numbers of fighters, and civilian victims of NATO and KLA military operations. Adding 2,400 missing (ICRC News 9.3.2006) some of whom the KLA might have abducted, the total didn't match the "11,000" claim. The media didn't question it, nor the hysteria.
Hillary Clinton still approves of Kosovo interventionism. As a nation-building and democracy-inspiring tool, the Clintonian version, though proportional to Kosovo’s smaller scale, has been as disastrous as the Republican version in Iraq. Ethnic cleansing of Serbs and other non-Albanian minorities in Kosovo followed the US-NATO bombing. With a million illegal Albanians entering the Serbian province since June 1999, hundreds of thousands of Kosovo Serbs fled for their life from the KLA terror, as KFOR and UNMIK emphatically watched "Albanian revenge". In March 2004 pogroms of Serbs, Albanian hordes terrorized the remaining minorities into fleeing while KFOR-UNMIK soldiers watched "helplessly". Chanting "Allah Akbar!" and smearing KLA graffiti on Serbian property, the hordes destroyed more than 30 Serbian Orthodox churches and monasteries, "disproving" that Albanian extremism, has to do with Islamism.
The Kosovar and the Middle Eastern, Shiite product of US interventionism are regional destabilizers. The terror- and mafia-based regime in Pristina strives at an ethnically pure state with ambitions for Greater Albania. At the same time, the Hague kangaroo court, ICTY has been (unsuccessfully) trying to sentence "Greater Serbianism" of the Serbian nation that remains split between new Balkan states. Greater Albanism eyes territories flanking Kosovo and Albania. The West and the Islamist states have been actively supporting this expansion. Kosovo and parts of Montenegro, Macedonia and Greece in Greater Albania, and Serbs divided between US-NATO-EU vassals – this is "US national interest". So is a Shiite super-state in Balkanized Middle East: "US strategy, supported by covert intelligence operations, consists in triggering ethnic and religious strife, abetting and financing secessionist movements while also weakening the institutions of the central government. The broader objective is to fracture the Nation State and redraw the borders of Iraq, Iran, Syria, Afghanistan and Pakistan."
US interventionism in Afghanistan and Iraq, beside direct killings of civilians, have spread radioactive pollution from depleted uranium weapons, destroyed vital infrastructure on which the health and survival depend, and, in Iraq, exterminated a substantial part of the intelligentsia. Even Pentagon experts see the war in Iraq as out of control and economically and politically harmful to the USA. Since 1990, the "UN-led" economic embargo, traceable to the neocons, has killed more than 3.5 million Iraqi civilians. This is in addition to Iraqi civilians killed in Gulf War 1, and at least 655,000 killed by the Coalition forces, mercenary "contractors" and death squads that instigated "ethnic civil war", itself a killer in Gulf War 2 (Christian Scherrer, US-UK Engineered Genocide by Sanctions against Iraq 1990–2003, International Comparative Genocide Research, Hiroshima City University, 2007).
Pre-neocons strove at maintaining an enemy in the Cold War. With Berlin Wall gone, they found a new one, the Islamic world, to wage WOT in the Middle East and who knows where else in the name of the NWO. A US statesman, Robert Strausz-Hupe, since 1957 an advocate of US leadership for NWO against the USSR and Communism – a derivative of Judeocentric Marxism and Bolshevism that led to genocide on tens of millions of people – wrote in Geopolitics (1942): "Many nations will be locked in a few vast compartments. But in each of these one people, controlling a strategic area, will be master of the others." In his inaugural article in Orbis (April 1957), he believed the UN was to be replaced by an expanded NATO, “the nucleus of the world federation-in-the-making”. Thirty years on, Putin is concerned about it.
In Protracted Conflict (1959), Strausz-Hupe painted a road to NWO via the benevolent American Empire, but Western Europe had to unite first. It did, swallowing the Soviet spoils that were lured by deceptive promises, but Strausz-Hupe was wrong that Russia would be left behind as a clumsy despot in front of elated Eastern Europeans. Russia is leaping way beyond the Brussels-controlled well-being of EU pariahs, while they aren't happy with imposed sacrifices, and most EU nations oppose totalitarian measures from ZPC blueprints. Case in point Poland would not petition for NATO and EU membership, wasn’t it for ZPC-masonic propaganda of quislings entrenched since the Judeo-Communist WWII times. The USSR had to accept reunification of Germany, as Strausz-Hupe had predicted in 1965 In My Time, but this meant re-militarization, expansionism and revisionism of Germany’s and Judeocentrists’ WWII genocide. The unification was essential to begin “European integration”, before uniting with the North American Union, hopefully the demise of the NWO project.
Who uses whom?
Injustice to Palestinians and Muslims in general takes an exception in ZPC support to Balkan Islamists. A Serbian-American historian Carl Savich shows that a Polish-American Jew, Harvey Sarner has used the "Albanians rescued all Jews in Albania" spin in Rescue in Albania (1997), endorsed by a well-known Holocaust survivor from Hungary, Lantos, to further ZPC support to Kosovo Albanian secession by terrorism – a thing abhorred in Palestinian "Islamofascists". The book doesn't tell that Hitler has included Serbian Kosovo into fascist Greater Albania, and it whitewashes the liquidation of thousands of Serbs, Gypsies and Jews and the expulsion of at least 100,000 Serbs from Kosovo by Albanian SS. The "rescue" of Jews had to do with a small number of Jews and a refusal of the Italian occupant to implement the Final Solution. Compare to Poland, the only occupied country that saw Nazi death penalty for as little as giving a glass of water to a Jew. Nevertheless, hundreds of thousands of Poles, including children and Catholic clergy, saved thousands of Jews, despite Nazi death penalty for doing so. It took between a whole family and a whole village to hide and maintain one Jew, while themselves facing terror, hunger and annihilation. Comparing the number of Righteous Among Nations across countries without regard to these factors is grossly inequitable and immoral.
The Albanians again have bought the propaganda and spin, prompting Julia Gorin to cover for the neocons (Front Page Magazine 31.1.2008), like in her previous article. This time she laments "Jews used again!" – Holocaustian-style, but she fails to convince about who does the using and why: "Jews, along with the Albanian Righteous of WWII, are being used by the Albanians of today […T]he Albanians learned early on—starting with the Bosnian and Croatian wars followed by the Kosovo war—that selling the Jews on your version of an ethnic rivalry can open doors." Israel’s political elites are an accomplice in the case Gorin laments about. According to Wikipedia, Yad Vashem is "Israel's official memorial to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust established in 1953 through the Memorial Law passed by the Knesset". Jointly, the Albanian Lobby and Yad Vashem seek to revise history by proclaiming that all Jews were rescued from Albania in WWII.
Not even Balkan Islamists could "sell the Jews". After Perle's complaint that Bosnia defense was underfunded, the USA with 13 others supported the fund. It collected contributions for a US "train and equip" program (Arms Trade News 10.21997). A former naval collaborator of the NSA, Wayne Madsen reported (Counterpuch 18.9.2003) that Saudi Arabia, Iran, Malaysia, Brunei, Jordan, and Egypt "deposited millions of dollars into US coffers to buy weapons for the Bosnians". The law firm behind the Fund "was none other than Feith and Zell, the firm of current Pentagon official and leading neo-con Douglas Feith". His one-time boss and current member of Rumsfeld’s Defense Policy Board, Richard Perle assisted the operation.
In 1994, Albania’s president Sali Berisha helped bin Laden set up a network through Saudi charity fronts after bin Laden visited Albania. Albanian narco-terrorism, gun-running, and smuggling organizations became a dominant economic, political, and military force, able to control one or more states in the region. On his regime’s collapse in 1997, he turned his family farm into a KLA base (NYT 9.6.1998). Al Qaeda and other criminals looted 10,000 heavy weapons and 100,000 passports (Ottawa Citizen 15.12.2001). A very strong organized crime followed; Albanians were driven into hiding by the thousands, escaping vendettas and blood-feuds, but even the police backed up by the army couldn’t intervene. Berisha became Albania’s prime minister in 2005.
The Albanians have been receiving lavish support of Islamic states and US and Germany who have braced domestic and international Jihad in the Balkans, blind to the radicalization of immigrant Muslims and Islamist terrorism in the West. Granted, Germany's secret service Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) has played a key role in installing Franjo Tudjman's right-wing secessionist government in Croatia and also has aided the secession of Slovenia. But since the early 1990s, Germany and the USA have co-operated to divide the Balkans. US, Germany and Britain triggered national Islamic liberation movements in Bosnia and Kosovo, and supported international Jihad involvement. German parliament’s overseer investigated media allegations that the BND infiltrated EU monitoring missions that were supposed to help arrange ceasefires and assist with humanitarian aid. The Germans used that cover to smuggle weapons and money to Bosnian Muslims. In one of many cases, head of the German EU monitors in Zagreb, Christoph von Bezold allegedly smuggled munitions across enemy lines to the Muslim-controlled Bihac pocket. Germany appeared to be Croatia’s largest arms supplier during the war, in violation of German law and UN arms embargo on Yugoslavia (Daily telegraph 20.4.1997). Most of the Croatia military hardware comes from East German supplies rendered obsolete in Germany after East and West Germany merged.
The 2002 Dutch report alleges the US provided a green light to groups on the US state department list of terrorist organisations, such as Hezbollah, to operate in Bosnia. An Islamofascist Lobby in Washington used Jews, right? This fact alone undermines the credibility of WOT. Islamist insurgents linked to Chechnya, Iran and Saudi Arabia were helped by the USA to destabilise Yugoslavia. Thousands of mujahedin entered the Balkans and established bases (for example, Evan Kohlman, Al-Qaida's Jihad in Europe, 2004). When the fighting in Bosnia ended, many of tens of thousands of Islamist insurgents moved to Western Europe and the USA. "Islamofascists" gave them visas? The Jihadists were allowed to come and go to Kosovo. Like earlier in Bosnia, the CIA, BND and M16 provided covert support to the Al Qaeda-supported KLA by mid-1990s. Renamed the Kosovo Protection Corps (KPC) in the wake of 1999 war, the KLA received a UN status that granted sources of funding, including direct US military aid. Aren't "Saudi petrodollars" almighty, and what a cunnung "use the Jews"!
Using UN resources and equipment, KPC-KLA commanders prepared assaults into Southern Serbia and Macedonia, where the Islamist militants and NATO joined hands in 2000-2001, again contradicting the official claim that Jihad, Western intelligence asset got out of control in the Balkans: "US military advisers mingle with Mujahideen within the same paramilitary force, Western mercenaries from NATO countries fight alongside Mujahideen recruited in the Middle East and Central Asia. And the US media calls this a "blowback" where so-called "intelligence assets" have gone against their sponsors!" " Scott Taylor reported that at the end of June 2001, 500 KLA had captured the Macedonian town of Aracinovo, but in a few days Macedonian forces cut them off from re-supply and could kill them off, except NATO intervened and brokered a deal under the threat of economic sanctions. Under the deal, NATO (including 16 MPRI members) evacuated the trapped KLA, only to release them to fight again. [TAYLOR, 2002, PP. 120-121]
The absence of a reference to the Islamist connection strikes in Thaci's interview (17.2.2008) in Haaretz. He admired Israel and described Sharon as a "great leader". Haaretz called Thaci "the Ben-Gurion of Kosovo". On December 7, 1938, David Ben-Gurion, "father of the Israeli State", declared (7.12.1938): "If I knew it was possible to save all the children in Germany by taking them to England, and only half of the children by taking them to Eretz Israel, I would choose the second solution. For we must take into account not only the lives of these children but also the history of the people of Israel." (Yad Vashem studies, vol XII, p 199). Ben-Gurion stated (31.8.1949) after Jews have "realized our dream of creating a Jewish State": "There are still only 900,000 Jews in Israel, whereas the majority of the Jewish people still remains abroad. Our future task is to bring all the Jews to Israel."
Ben-Gurion authored the July 1954, false-flag bombing attacks in Egypt that intended to damage Egypt-West relations. Israeli propaganda blamed the attacks on the Egyptian Islamist Muslim Brotherhood (NYT 11.12.1954, 30.3.1975; also here). In March 2005, Israel officially honoured the nine Egyptian Jews who were involved in the bombings – the Israeli government has "decided now to express our respect for these heroes" (Reuters 30.3.2005). The Zionists have been taking Arab land by force, towards Greater Israel. In 1937, Ben-Gurion stated: "The boundaries of Zionist aspirations are the concern of the Jewish people and no external factor will be able to limit them." In 1938, he told the World Council of Poale Zion: "The boundaries of Zionist aspiration include southern Lebanon, southern Syria, today’s Jordan, all of Cis-Jordan [West Bank] and the Sinai." In May 1948, Ben-Gurion re-stated his strategy of expansion, achieved "not by preaching but with machine guns": "We should prepare to go over to the offensive […] to smash Lebanon, Trans-Jordan, and Syria. The weak point is Lebanon, for the Moslem regime is artificial and easy for us to undermine. We shall establish a Christian state there, and then we will smash the Arab Legion, eliminate Trans-Jordan; Syria will fall to us. We then bomb and move on and take Port Said, Alexandria, and Sinai."
Thaci’s gang is creating Greater Albania also by terror to natives in ancestral lands. But Thaci assured Haaretz that Kosovo, the seed of Greater Albania, wouldn't be Islamic: "Kosovo is going to be a democratic and secular state of all its citizens, and the freedom to exercise religion without any hindrance is granted by the Kosovo Constitution." Under Thaci's leadership, the KLA has murdered Serb civilians in order to terrorize hundreds of thousands into leaving. He killed moderate Albanians to toe his party line, and murdered the leaders of political opposition. After "disarmament" by NATO and UN following occupation of Kosovo since June 1999, the KLA continued destroying churches and monasteries. Talking about freedom of religion! Haaretz explained that Thaci's assertion was significant for those Israelis who feared that an independent Kosovo, or a potential "Greater Albania", could be an Islamist outpost in southern Europe, reliant on Iranian and Saudi support, an argument that Thaci said "does not even deserve comment." Yet, it was this concern that led Ariel Sharon to support Milosevic during the 1999, NATO bombing of Serbia. KLA ties to Al Qaeda, a CIA asset, for mujahedin supply, and to Islamist states for money and weapons (with political and logistical support of the "international community") is a secret only Haaretz and Thaci "don't know".
Holocaustianity for NWO
In ZPC's Balkan project, Lantos used Holocaust symbolism and his survivor authority, while destroying and killing with someone else's hands. Before and during WWII, the Zionist elites destroyed nations, including their own, with the Nazi German hands. Unlike the Nazis, Lantos had at his disposal Holocaust Religion. Sarner's work appeared in 1992 as a broshure when Enver Hoxha's Communism collapsed and all Jews from Albania emigrated to Israel. Sarner played a significant role in the emigration. Savich believes that the broshure had been a "thank you" note for Albania for 300 Jewish immigrants. By 1997, the Albanian American Civic League (AACL) under Joe DioGuardi, began to use Sarner's book in a systematic propaganda before terrorizing Kosovo into secession. Rejected by US voters in his 1988 re-nomination bid for US Congress, DioGuardi turned to Kosovo Albanians, the citizens of foreign country Yugoslavia. Founded in 1989, DioGuardi's AACL aims to revive the 19th century idea of racially pure Greater Albania that the Nazis have implemented in 1943. AACL supports this neo-fascist campaign "to liberate the seven million Albanian people in the Balkans from hostile Slavic domination." What Hitler and the Albanian SS have started, the KLA and "international community" are bound to finish. In the Balkan fascist mafia connection "against Serbia and Serbs are those receiving money from DioGuardi’s PAC [...on] both sides of the aisle but are mostly members of the House or Senate foreign relations committees: Joseph Lieberman and Jesse Helms, Benjamin Gillman and Tom Lantos".
On AACL request, Gillman and Lantos endorsed Rescue in Albania, thereby denigrating the honour of hundreds of thousands of Poles and other real rescuers of Jews, and trampling the memory of Kosovo Jews and millions of other Holocaust victims. This makes his pretentious survivorship and monopoly on human rights advocacy a joke. The Nazis in accord with the global Zionist elites have annihilated Lantos' brethren in Shoah. In the current persecution of Serbs, the Zionists have ganged up with "international community" instead of the Nazis, although it's hard to see the difference. The neo-Nazis recon with sacrificing Jewish masses again in the planned war with Iran and Arab neighbours. Norman Podhoretz said: "tens of millions would indeed die, but Israel — despite the decimation of its civilian population and the destruction of its major cities — would survive, even if just barely, as a functioning society. Not so Iran, and not its "key Arab [neighbours]," particularly Egypt and Syria, which […] Israel would also have to target in order "to ensure that no other power can capitalize on an Iranian strike." "
ACCL distributed 10,000 copies of Sarner's book, mostly to influential Jews in the US as propaganda for the coming conflict in Kosovo. Congressman Gillman and James Traficant sent copies of the book with a cover letter to all Congressmen, but with personal letters to each Jewish congressman. Traficant was later found guilty of bribery and corruption, and a House of Representatives panel voted to expel him from the Congress. According to Savich, "the Albanian apologists will say and do anything to support Greater Albania, even break the law [...] Bribes can buy a lot of propaganda, or PR or spin. And the goal is to get people to kill other people and to take their land. Wars come and go, but propaganda methods do not change."
DioGuardi announced, that in 1998, "when we had problems with Milosevic", the 2008, presidential candidate and recipient of AACL’s "Balkan Award for Peace", John McCain "did everything that we asked of him to the benefit of the Albanian people, including arming the KLA […] We must support John McCain because he did everything we asked of him for Kosovo, from supporting the Kosovo Liberation Army to supporting the independence of Kosovo". In a draft Senate resolution, which McCain wrote, he thanked the Albanians for "saving all the Jews who lived in Albania or who sought shelter there during the Nazi Holocaust".
Three weeks into the 1999, bombing of Yugoslavia, he announced the US was in danger of losing the war to the Serbian Army which had "antiquated machinery" and "absolutely no military air power", unless massive strategic air attacks were initiated: "Attacks on any infrastructure target must not be prevented. We all regret civilian losses, as well as our own, but they cannot be avoided".
Would a gain of a few hundred Israelis be worth the ZPC congressmen’s support for bloody civil wars? The Albanian Lobby wasn't the only one involved. Neo-Ustasha Croats, Bosnian Islamists, and the Kosovo Albanians – have paid a US public relations firm Ruder Finn a nominal fee to demonize the Serbian side of the civil wars, based on the "death camp" hoax. The firm’s president David Finn is a Jew (National Post, 23.11.1998). In 1995, Yugoslavia's chief rabbi Cadik Danon co-wrote an open letter to the American Jewish Committee during the US-NATO bombing of the Bosnian Serb Republic, about "unrestrained anti-Serbian propaganda […] following the Nazi model […] in a much more sophisticated and more expensive way [...] Even American Jews were not able to withstand this propagandistic poison [...] they did not recognize the Nazis and racist nature of the Serbophobic dogma. They did not identify Serbophobia as a twin sister of anti-semitism." Finn consciously contributed to the deception in service to ZPC warmongers riding the pony of anti-Semitism.
Lying at the expense of the fate of a nation seems to be a politician’s fare. The Jewish founder of Medecins du monde, Kouchner wrote in Les guerriers de la paix (Grasset, 2004) what Izetbegovic had revealed on his deathbed in 2003: "Serbian death camps" were a hoax to gain support of the West against the Serbs. Jewish organizations were instrumental in publicizing the hoax. Ruder Finn used the hoax to "sell" the Bosnia story to Jewish organizations in the USA. Comparisons of Serbs with Nazis, and the Bosnian war with genocide, followed. Once the Jewry protested, the rest of the world believed. An April 1993 interview by associate director of French TV 2 Jacques Merlino with Ruder Finn‘s director James Harff explained that the firm served the Republic of Croatia, the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the parliamentary opposition in Kosovo to create public opinion (The Truth from Yugoslavia, in: Klaus Bittermann (editor), Serbia Must Die, Belgrade, 1996, p 143-146).
Harff was proudest to "have managed to put Jewish opinion on our side". Conscious of the WWII anti-Semitism of in the Balkans, he foresaw that intellectual and Jewish opinion would be hostile to the Croats and Bosnians, whose present leaders were fascist. Harff reversed this attitude shortly after Newsday (2-5.8.1992) published the hoax as truth. He served, in his own words, "a superb poker play" by suggesting to "three major Jewish organizations: B'nai B'rith Anti-Defamation League, the American Jewish Committee and the American Jewish Congress" that they publish an insert in NYT and organize demonstrations outside the UN: "Immediately thereafter, we were able to associate the Serbs with the Nazis in the public opinion […and ] offer a simple story of the good guys and the bad guys […E]motional terms such as ethnic cleansing and concentration camps appeared, all evoking Nazi Germany, the gas chamber at Auschwitz […] no one could go against it without being accused of revisionism." Harff didn’t have any proof, but the firm was "not paid to moralize." According to Atlanta Journal the PR campaign "served to heavily misinform the Bush administration". Harff explained that from a list of several hundred names, a computer connected to a fax selected those journalists, politicians, representatives of humanitarian associations, and academics who were likely to respond to a given issue. The Jewish community might have been duped, but by the time the hoax was exposed, it refused to clarify and stop supporting a false cause. It is unlikely, anyway that the ZPC couldn't have known the truth. A University of Florida, Serb-friendly activist approached the ADL for support in fighting an anti-Serb book, but was refused.
Predictably, Izetbegovic's premortal confession didn't make the headlines, more so that the scapegoating Kouchner, an avid Serbophobe, tried to conceal another issue: with other Jewish intellectuals in France, Kouchner popularized the concept of the right to "humanitarian intervention" just before the US-NATO actions in the Balkans. A professed failure to intervene tough enough there, later partly justified more bloody interventions in Afghanistan and Iraq. Also for moral-political reasons, Kouchner split from Medecins sans frontieres (MSF), which he had founded earlier. He felt that MSF was giving up its principle of "witnessing", i.e. aid workers publicizing the atrocities they had observed. Western journalists in the Balkans abused a similar principle through fraudulent reporting. Based on the frauds, the ZPC-friendly media established egregious human rights violations as "facts" that incriminated exclusively the Serbs, even though all warring parties, including NATO interventionists, violated human rights. The false "witnessing" made the journalists and the media co-responsible with the politicians for interventionism and its mass crimes.
The media emphasized French intellectuals' anti-Islamic stand when this became politically opportune several years later. Thomas Friedman wrote about French thinkers who had supported toppling Hussein in Iraq (NYT 23.1.2005). Kouchner was quoted as saying that Islamic terror by the Muslim fascist minority was the biggest threat, hence the unity against Muslim extremism and fascism was imperative because in contrast to the times of the Bosnian crisis, America and Europe were apart. Kouchner supported Gulf War 2, contrary to the French public who ill-wished Bush in Iraq. Friedman was astounded about the French attitude, since Europe with its numerous Muslim minority needed a victory in the "war of ideas" with Islam much more than America did. Only ten years earlier, Kouchner and his MSF publicized in French press and on Paris walls a poster showing inmates in a "Serbian death camp" in Bosnia, to agitate defense of Balkan Muslims. The photo had an insert of an Auschwitz-like watchtower, yet another manipulation of Holocaust.
David Peterson explained how the "ideas" were born: "Mr. Glucksmann and his friend Bernard Kouchner developed "the right of humanitarian intervention" - a humanitarian version of President Bush's preemptive-strike doctrine - which justified European involvement in the Kosovo war to avert ethnic cleansing." Philosophers such as Bernard-Henri Levy and Andre Glucksmann spent more time on moralist comments on international affairs than they did philosophising. All popular French philosophers supported Bush's war in Iraq, unlike the prevailing French public opinion. More light was cast on the philosophers when a professor of Swiss and German universities, Tariq Ramadan became "anti-Semite" for joining a debate in France about Israeli-Palestinian conflict and war in Iraq: "Ramadan touched off a firestorm with a charged accusation against French Jewish intellectuals." His opponents were Levy, Glucksmann, Kouchner, Alain Finkelkraut and Alexander Adler. For Ramadan, these "new philosophers" were Jewish, pro-Israeli apologists.
ZPC-friendly media demonized Milosevic for nationalism and calling to ethnic war, allegedly in his speech at Kosovo Polje (28.6.1989), where he actually said: (US National Technical Information Service 28.6.1989): "Equal and harmonious relations among Yugoslav peoples are a necessary condition for the existence of Yugoslavia […] Serbia has never had only Serbs living in it. Today, more than in the past, members of other peoples and nationalities also live in it […] Yugoslavia is a multinational community and it can survive only under the conditions of full equality for all nations that live in it […] Long live peace and brotherhood among peoples!"
The media called the speech "stirringly virulent nationalist" (Economist 5.6.1999), "fervent speech [that] galvanized the nationalist passions that two years later fueled the Balkan conflict" (NYT 28.7.2996). Richard Holbrooke called the speech "racist" and "inflammatory", and labeled Milosevic a liar for denying the media lies (To End a War, 1999, p 29). In his strife for equal rights for Serbia within federal Yugoslavia, in 1999 Milosevic "refused to give autonomy to Kosovo", according to politicians like Holbrooke. Actually, Kosovo enjoyed one of Europe's most extensive autonomies since 1970s, but extremist Albanians abused it and fought for independence with terror. Milosevic tried to defend Serbs who were stranded in hostile secessionist states, and "he wanted but did not fight very hard to preserve a shrunken Yugoslav Federation that would have kept all the Serbs in a successor common state. To call this a drive for a "Greater Serbia" is Orwellian political rhetoric that transforms a weak (and failed) defense into a bold and aggressive offense".
Serbs are the main victim of ZPC’s Balkan adventure since 1990. Slovenian nationalism, Croat neo-fascism, Bosnian and Albanian nationalistic Islamism, and international Jihad – all supported by Germany, USA and the international community, have driven out a million Serbs from ancestral lands in UN-NATO protectorates Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo by racist, brutal purification. One-quarter of ex-Yugoslavia's Serb population ended up in new states, without the right to self-determination. They wanted to stay in a federation, rather than live in hostile states. Western diplomacy caused the rump Yugoslavia to disintegrate. "Genocidal" Serbia remains the most multi-ethnic, while hosting Europe's largest refugee population. By 1999, Serbia was the only former republic, where Serbs, Albanians, Croats, Bosnian Muslims and others coexisted. Unique human groups became extinct. Western Slavonia, Krajina, Sarajevo, and Dubrovnik Serbs exist no more. The remaining Kosovo Serbs are near extinction by terror and intimidation. Bosnian Croats depart, too; of almost 800,000 in 1995, less than 500,000 remain in Bosnia. As the Croats leave, it will be "the Serbs' turn to be submerged by the growing Muslim majority."
ZPC infowar prepares the public for assaults on the assets of nations who don’t posses "WMD", don’t "harbour terrorists", and are not "genocidal", but are victims of previous genocides, as in the Balkans. The Balkanization of Yugoslavia has not involved as great losses numerically as Iraq has, but is similar in deliberate bombing of civilians and infrastructure and the use of illegal radioactive and other weapons. The Serbs have felt the Western fist in the bombing campaigns, kangaroo court warfare, infowar by ZPC-controlled media and PR firms, Soros-funded NGOs, and financial instruments of conquest. The Serbs have experienced the Islamist Trojan Horse in the most atrocious hostilities. The conflicts have divided millions of Serbs between new states on the carcass of Yugoslavia. Ethnic cleansing of Serbs from Western Slavonia, Krajina and Kosovo have been Nazi-like. Many Serbs survive in Croatia thanks to conversion to Catholicism. Damaged Orthodox churches became Catholic in Croatia. Hundreds of Wahabbi-funded mosques arose on Serbian lands taken by Bosnian and Albanian Muslims. The Albanians leveled Serbian churches and disposed of the rubble, lest it could be re-used by the Serbs. The Christian Orthodox religion is the greatest loser in the conflicts. It happens to be the only one not yet manipulated by the ZPC, and the religion of neocons’ pre-declared enemy – Russia.
Vojvodina, Preshevo valley in Serbia north-east of Kosovo, Rashka straddling Serbia and Montenegro, or the northwest of the former republic of Macedonia could follow Kosovo precedent – de facto a rubber stamp for Jihadist conquest by terror and demographic takeover. The possibilities are endless world-wide.
Peace through perpetual war
Lantos lied for war as readily as he blasphemed Holocaust. The 1990, US military intervention after Iraq invaded Kuwait, took off thanks to a PR firm Hill and Knowlton's fraud. A 15-year old daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador to the USA lied before the Congress that she saw Iraqi soldiers cut off food and oxygen in a nursery, thus killing dozens of Kuwaiti babies. President Bush Sr. cited it repeatedly, garnering public support for Gulf War 1 before CBS exposed the fraud. Lantos prepared this hoax with Citizens for a Free Kuwait and the Congressional Human Rights Foundation that he chaired. Both organizations were set up by Hill and Knowlton, the agents of Indonesia's and Turkey's cruel dictators. Later the firm worked for the Saudis to neutralize criticism of Osama bin Laden's sponsors. Lantos venomously critiqued France, Germany, and Belgium for refusing to support, with Tony Blair’s and John Howard’s enthusiasm, Bush's plans to control Iraq: "the failure of these three states to honor their commitments is beneath contempt [...I am] particularly disgusted by the blind intransigence and utter ingratitude [of the three NATO allies]."
Lantos’ anger reflected frustrations with conquest of Iraq, as laid out by the 1997 think-tank PNAC and its Rebuilding America’s Defences (RAD) report that wished for a "catastrophic and catalysing event - a new Pearl Harbor" a year before 9/11 to pursue ZPC agenda. Earlier, a 1992, Pentagon memo Defense Planning Guidance (DPG) by PNAC founder members and leading neocons Paul Wolfowitz and Lewis Libby asserted the PNAC ideology – the US right to "retain the preeminent responsibility for addressing selectively those wrongs which threaten not only our interests, but those of our allies or friends, or which could seriously unsettle international relations", especially in the former Soviet bloc. For future wars, DPG expected ad hoc coalitions, "carrying only general agreement over the objectives to be accomplished [...T]he sense that the world order is ultimately backed by the U.S. will be an important stabilizing factor". Despite Russia’s temporary weakness ("Russia will remain the strongest military power in Eurasia and the only power in the world with the capability of destroying the United States"), DPG advocated a total, US-NATO war against Russia, should Moscow threaten US security and nascent democracies in former Soviet bloc. DPG asserted Russia would not likely go nuclear, but as soon as Yeltsin’s "cooperativeness" was over, Russia flexed its nuclear muscle in the Baltic region, the one DPG had emphasized.
Perle and Wolfowitz enthusiastically supported Clinton’s 1990s interventions on behalf of Bosnia and Kosovo Islamists, joining a parade of "US officials" – from Lawrence Eagleburger (who in 1992 incited the extreme Islamist Bosnian minority leader Alija Izetbegovic to renege on a peace accord with Serbs and Croats), to Lantos. American-Serbian political pundit Srdja Trifkovic explains the source of Russo-, and therefore Serbophobia; to Wolfowitz, Serbia was "Russia’s potential asset that can and should be brutalized and fragmented" to assert American hegemony in Europe. In the mid-1990s Wolfowitz with Abramowitz set up the Action Council, a Soros-funded, Serbophobic think tank. Wolfowitz criticized the Clinton administration for not arming the Muslims and striking the Serbs in Bosnia, not bombing Serbia in 1998 (as the neocons demanded in a full-page NYT ad), and for not pursuing a victory in Kosovo once the bombing had started. Neocons‘ unrealistic demands frustrated Pentagon experts; land invasion during Kosovo bombing would spell a disaster for NATO ground troops, and Apache helicopters sent to the theater against experts advice suffered incapacitating damage from surface-to-air missiles and pre-emptive Yugoslav air raid on Tirana's airport.
Signed by 33 PNAC members, an open letter (11.9.1998) urged Clinton to take "decisive action" against Milosevic – "actively support in every way possible his replacement by a democratic government committed to ending ethnic violence", after "seven years of aggression and genocide in the Balkans", including Kosovo Albanians, "many thousands of whom, having been driven from their homes and farms by the latest Serbian offensive, now face the possibility of a winter of starvation. Over 15 percent of the Kosovo population is already homeless." The urgent need to stop "the carnage in Kosovo" led PNAC "to one inescapable conclusion" based on "facts": "There can be no peace and stability in the Balkans so long as Slobodan Milosevic remains in power. He started the Balkan conflict, and he continues it in Kosovo. He has caused untold suffering to millions; he has severely damaged his own country. We must face the facts."
Acknowledging Milosevic’s occasional "cooperation in carrying out the Dayton settlement", the signatories believed their " "pact with the devil" has outlived whatever usefulness it once had". At a minimum, PNAC urged, the US "should lead an international effort towards "an agreement on a new political status for Kosovo. And that will require massive Western pressure on Milosevic". A "substantial increase in funds for supporting the democratic opposition within Serbia" and tightening "the economic sanctions on Serbia" would help undermine Milosevic’s power. Diplomatic and legalistic sanctions should accompany the economic ones: "the administration should cease attempting to strike diplomatic bargains with Milosevic" and the USA should "vigorously support The Hague tribunal’s investigation of Milosevic as a war criminal".
Trifkovic diagnosed Wolfowitz as being closer to "Stalinism and National Socialism, than to the Trotskyist roots of some of his best friends", but didn't expose the pre-neocons like Strausz-Hupe who laid foundations to the Balkan wars before PNAC. In 1984, three years before Slobodan Milosevic came to power and six years before the breakup of Yugoslavia, the White House had issued US Policy Towards Yugoslavia, a blueprint for a new Balkan order. Closer in time to the DPG memo, the 1990, US National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) referred to Balkan human rights, predicting Yugoslavia might break apart within 18 months and civil war was likely. "Prophetically" it had scapegoated president of Serbia, Milosevic, as the instigator. NYT (28.11.1990) called the NIE unusually bold and contradictory to other analyses, and wrote that a recent law had barred US loans or credits for Yugoslavia, except for a republic "which has held free and fair elections and which is not engaged in systematic abuse of human rights.'" The speculative time until Yugoslavia's breakup later coincided with the military actions by the Croat extremists to initiate secession of Croatia.
In 1991-1997, to guide post-Cold War US policy, Morton Abramowitz, president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (CEIP), established commissions headed by policy elite, including Albright, Holbrooke, Perle and James Schlesinger. The latter two resigned. Counterterrorism “tsar” Richard Clarke considered Abramowitz his “boss and mentor” at the state department. Under Abramowitz's instructions about the significance of CEIP recommendations in upcoming elections, a former Reagan appointee developed a public support campaign. Candidate Clinton supported US engagement in Bosnia (American Spectator June 1999), heeding the final report Self-Determination in the New World Order by Morton Halperin (state department official under Albright) and David Scheffer (Albright’s envoy for war crimes issues). The authors proposed unilateral humanitarian interventionism in the wake of the USSR break-up, “a more active role” to pursue US "interests and ideals”. The US should "seek to build a consensus within regional and international organizations for its position", but without sacrificing "own judgment and principles if such a consensus fails to materialize”. CEIP report in a book form, Changing Our Ways’s Role in the New World asserted that “the destruction or displacement of groups of people within states can justify international intervention” and the US should “realign” NATO and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) for that.
The Bush administration was split over military intervention in Bosnia, an idea of neocons (headed by Perle and Albert Wohlstetter, Perle's and Wolfowitz's mentor on anti-Sovietism and nuclear deterrence doctrine) and “liberal humanitarianists”. Opponents agreed to interventions only where US strategic interests were directly threatened. By November 1994, US pressure for NATO air strikes in Bosnia led to "the worst crisis within the Atlantic alliance since 1956 [...T]he administration decided to put NATO unity first and abandon any effort to convince the allies or the United Nations that air strikes remained necessary to turn the military tide in Bosnia”, according to National Security Council's Bosnia policy coordinator Ivo Daalder. The differences on Bosnia policy between Albright, Lake, and Holbrooke on the one hand, and Pentagon on the other, were aired on 7.8.1995. Shadowing Strausz-Hupe's doctrine of NWO through US leadership of NATO, Albright's group wanted a firm commitment to military intervention, since "the issue was US credibility as a world leader, [...] in NATO, the United Nations, and at home." Pentagon "was most concerned about avoiding a sustained military involvement, and saw in arm, train, and strike the shades of Vietnam". Clinton stood firmly by the intervention. Paris-based US columnist in Paris, William Pfaff mocked (30.8.1995) European "failure to lead Europe". In his book To End a War, Holbrooke recalls: “Press and public reaction was highly positive” to the bombing of Bosnian Serbs. Holbrooke, by 2004 Kerry’s senior foreign policy advisor, and Wesley Clark were filmed laughing and conversing with KLA gun runner and fundraiser Florin Krasniqi, an illegal Albanian immigrant, at a 2004, event for Kerry's election campaign (Scotland on Sunday 24.10.2004; Washington Post 26.5.1998).
Saudi intelligence chief urged Clinton to lead military aid to Bosnia, and US ambassador to Germany, Holbrooke drew up covert plans. In August 1994, assistant state secretary Holbrooke persuaded his department to license MPRI to provide training to the Croatian army (Scotsman 2.3.2001). While at the urging of the US, Bosnian Muslims and Croats stopped fighting and the federation of Croatia and Bosnia was formed (13.3.1994), CIA in the Balkans was pressured to produce pro-Bosnian, anti-Serb reports. A 1995, CIA report that blamed the Bosnian Serbs for the vast majority of the ethnic cleansing in Bosnia, was later proved distorted (Daily Telegraph 2.6.1995). John Sray wrote that US interventionists' “strange combination of three major spin doctors, including [PR firms employed by] the Bosniacs, media pundits, and sympathetic elements of the US State Department” had used various "styles, approaches, and emphases”, some of them attacking anti-interventionists as pro-Serb or even pro-Nazi. US European allies had "more in-depth, professional, and probing journalism and better reporting from their embassies" and ignored propaganda from the Bosnian Muslim government and the PR firms.
In February-March 1995, UN observers and others reported frequent, US-supported secret flights supplying arms to Bosnian Muslims in violation of the UN arms embargo. Three US officers threatened a witness, a UN official, to keep silent. On state department instructions, the US embassy pressured and threatened reporters. Dutch government investigation concluded that the operation was probably conducted by Turkey, with “the assent of parts of the US government". Jane’s Intelligence Review Tim Ripley blamed "covert warriors" of the National Security Council and state department. NATO Commander admiral Leighton Smith was careful to only deny “uniformed” US military involvement, but Ripley suggested that US “freelance operatives” were brought in by “senior members of the Clinton Administration [...] Senior US military commanders and CIA officials were just staggered by the ‘duplicity’ and ‘deceit’ at the heart of the Clinton Administration’s policies.” Cees Wiebes of the Dutch investigation added that the CIA or the DIA were not involved, and the operation was "paid for from a Pentagon Special Operations budget, with the complete assent of the White House". Probably the most important members of Congress were secretly informed.
The NIE "prophecy" and the money-for-democracy bill were like US policy guidelines. Diplomacy failed by design, certainly not by Serbian fault. The virulent infowar via ZPC-controlled propaganda matched the ferocity of US-NATO attacks on civilians and infrastructure at the absence of military success. The economic sanctions, although not as genocidal as in Iraq, have contributed to Yugoslavia breakup and devastated the Serbs. Michel Chussodovsky observed after the assassination of Bhutto, the 2005 NIE predicted a "Yugoslav-like fate" for Pakistan pointing to the impacts of "economic mismanagement" as one of the causes. Both countries had federal-provincial transfers of state funds to support provincial programmes: "When these transfers are frozen as occurred in Yugoslavia in January 1990, on orders of the IMF, the federal fiscal structure collapses." State funds earmarked as transfer payments to the Yugoslav republics went to service Belgrade's foreign debt and the republics were stranded financially: "the reforms fueled secessionist tendencies that fed on economic factors as well as ethnic divisions, virtually ensuring the de facto secession of the republics."
US foreign policy blames the economic chaos on "economic mismanagement", i.e. IMF-World Bank prescriptions, which invariably trigger hyperinflation and precipitate extreme poverty. Chossudovsky notes about CIA operations world-wide: "These covert operations, including the organisation of military coups, are often synchronized with the imposition of IMF-World Bank macro-economic reforms. In this regard, Yugoslavia's federal fiscal structure collapsed in 1990 leading to mass poverty and heightened ethnic and social divisions."
Us, terrorists?
The ZPC has been exploiting Islamism for state terror, just like the WWII Zionists have used Nazism to establish Israel in Palestine. Robert Dreyfuss lays it out in Devil's Game (2005). Israeli government had financed the Islamists to counter the PLO and the Communists. It supported Hamas to counterbalance the PLO by using a competing religious alternative. The right-wing Israeli establishment believed that "Hamas and the other groups, if they gained control, would refuse to have anything to do with the peace process and would torpedo any agreements". A state department counterterrorism official, Larry Johnson stated: "The Israelis are their own worst enemies when it comes to fighting terrorism […] They do more to incite and sustain terrorism than curb it." In a journal for Judaism and Zionism (Kivunim Feb. 1982), Oded Yinon’s Strategy for Israel in the Nineteen Eighties advocated exploitation of Arab states’ internal tensions instead of striving for peace. This strategy remains a core of Israels’ policy, the difference since 1992 being that US-NATO would become part of it, and nuclear weapons would be used.
Muslim militants were exploited in the USSR-Afghanistan war. Carter’s national security advisor, geostrategist Zbigniew Brzezinski favored a “de facto alliance with the forces of Islamic resurgence, and with the Republic of Iran” after the fall of the Shah in 1978. The idea came also to fruition in the American Committee for Peace in Chechnya (the last word later changed to "Caucasus") that was set up to promote a "peaceful resolution of the Russo-Chechen war" (Guardian 8.9.2004). Chaired by Brzezinski, the pro-Jihadist ACPC included his neocon associates and promoted support for the Chechen rebellion viewed as national liberation rather than a terrorist movement linked to international Jihad and deservedly resented by Russia.
First, the Islamists helped defeat the USSR, only to replace the Cold War "Communist threat" with a new focus. The duplicity was obvious in the Balkans, where the neocons were pro-Islamist while fighting "Jihad" elsewhere. The war in Iraq, too, reeked of falsehood. Justified as a war against Saddam’s WMD to begin with, it became war on Islamist terror nine days after 9/11. The neocon Project for a New American Century (PNAC) urged US president: "even if evidence does not link Iraq directly to the attack, any strategy aiming at the eradication of terrorism and its sponsors must include a determined effort to remove Saddam Hussein from power".
ZPC profited from arming the Islamists. In 1983, Democratic congressman Charlie Wilson, on behalf of an Israeli arms maker, secretly negotiated a major weapons deal with Pakistan in support of the Jihadists fighting Soviets. Between 1984 and 1989, Mossad’s Ari Ben Menashe ran an Israeli arms network, supplying weapons to the Iranian Islamist regime for the Iran-Iraq war. Menashe later wrote in Profits of War (1992) that "no less than $160 million was funneled to Shamir’s [Likud] faction" and the money also had helped finance Mossad-controlled Palestinian terrorists "who would commit crimes in the name of the Palestinian revolution but were actually pulling them off, usually unwittingly, as part of the Israeli propaganda machine". Israel and Turkey collaborated with Reagan administration's Iran-Contra affair of illegal (according to US law) selling of US arms to Iran for the war with Iraq, with the profits used to buy arms for Nicaraguan Contras. By 1985, unmarked Israeli and US planes loaded with weapons flew from Israel over Cyprus into Eastern Turkey, sometimes stopping over at new US bases in Turkey. This role in the affair was only indirectly addressed in US congressional hearings. The ZPC media were silent about it, even though the Turkish-Israeli diplomatic relations were at a low.
A "Turkey-Iran-Balkan" affair arose in 1992-1995. Later, Perle told Turkish Daily News (22.1.1996) the arming and training of Bosnian Muslims was of “vital interest” to the US and “among the NATO allies Turkey is [the] number one candidate for the job.” Israeli and Pakistani diplomats held secret meetings in Washington, arranged by Turkish ambassador (George Crile, Charlie Wilson's War, Atlantic Monthly Press, p 141; Ha'aretz 18.2.2005). Wilson, who had brokered arms deals between Israel and Pakistan for the Afghan War, was involved. According to Cees Wiebes, in January 1993, a Pakistani ship with arms for Bosnia was intercepted. Between March 1992 and May 1993, Pakistan also airlifted guided missiles to the Bosnian Muslims, according to gen. Javed Nasir, the head of Pakistan’s secret service ISI (South Asia Tribune 23.12.2002). Iran, again with Turkey's involvement, opened a weapons pipeline to Bosnia via Croatia, after Clinton and national security adviser Anthony Lake gave Bosnian Muslims a “green light” on 27.4.1994. In March 1992, a radical Bosnian Muslim mafioso tied to Bosnian intelligence, negotiated arms deals between Turkey and Bosnia. US Special Forces (Scotsman 3.12.1995) in collaboration with the mafioso allegedly embarked on the construction of an airfield in Bosnia for a secret US arms pipeline. The airport was completed in late 1994.
Marios Evriviades believes Israel has befriended Turkey in its survival strategy. The conservative Jewish-US groups were key to the success of US-Israeli cajoling of Turkey. The proponents worked inside the US and Israeli defense establishments, with support of “conservative Jewish-American groups” working with Turkish diplomats in Washington and Turkish-American businessmen with “business and blood connections with Turkish Jews in Istanbul and those who had settled in Israel.” By September 1980, Turkey saw a pro-US military coup that responded “to the breakdown of order and security and the rise of terrorism and widespread random violence” that “threatened to undermine American support”, according to Perle's retrospect. Perle and US ambassador to Turkey Strausz-Hupe are the fathers of the US-Israel-Turkey nexus. Using neo-fascists, ultra-rightists and mafia, the Turkish military, CIA and NATO's Gladio secretly run the the late 1970s terror that killed tens of thousands and destabilized Turkey, congruent with revelations on the rightists (and Islamists) as state terror tools established and used by persons tied to the ZPC. After the 1980 coup, several hundred thousand leftists were jailed and tortured for years without trial. The 23.2.1996 Turkey-Israel accord revitalized the 1950s, US-prodded Jerusalem - Ankara axis that produced a 1958, secret military pact. The accord complements a secret one of 18.9.1995, both subject to secrecy stipulated in a 31.3.1994 agreement, which proves that Israel-Turkey relations have been deep, despite downplaying the significance of the accord and despite thawing of the relations from time to time.
Beside the rise of Kurdish nationalism, Turkey faces vindication of the genocide of well over a million Armenians by Young Turks, behind whom were the Zionists. During the 1982 Israeli campaign against Palestinians in Lebanon, Israeli forces overran Armenian bases and passed captured intelligence to Turkey. Israeli and US support indicates presence of crypto-Jews in the Turkish elites, an equivalent of Turkish Empire's Judeo-masonic Donmehs. Israeli actions against Armenians are certainly ZPC cover-up of the Armenian genocide – a great taboo that no ZPC-controlled media or government can mention. In The Jewish Genocide of Armenian Christians (2007), Christopher Bjerknes traces Judeocentric mayhem that has destroyed Christianity and scapegoated Gentiles – from "puppet Nero" with his Jewish wife burning Rome; through Donmehs slaughtering Armenians to ruin the Turkish Empire, while scapegoating Muslims; to the Jewish Bolsheviks mass-murdering millions of Slavic Christians, while scapegoating the Tsar for the economic crises and wars which Jews had covertly caused. In the 20th century alone, tens of millions of Christians were proxy-murdered by the Zionists. The victim was blamed for the villainy.
Today, the ZPC scapegoats Hetzbollah and Palestinians, concludes Bjerknes: "Israel sent Jewish soldiers into foreign territory to stage a pretext for wars in Gaza and Lebanon, then pretended that the capture of these soldiers constituted a casus belli for the genocidal wars Jews have been planning for 2,500 [years...], so that the Jews can steal the lands they promised to themselves thousands of years ago – lands to which the Jews were never a native population [...My] assertions have since been confirmed by Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's testimony to the Winograd Commission. They are again attacking defenseless Palestinians in Gaza."
Bjerknes submits that crypto-Jews, Zionist Jews, and pro-Israel agents "are deliberately attempting to orchestrate a nuclear World War III in the false hopes that it will kill off the gentiles and leave only "righteous Jews" alive in the Messianic "End Times" [...] This is part of a broader plan to [...] promote the myth that Judaism and Jews are completely innocent an highly moral. We see it today in the widespread attacks on Islam as a religion, and on Moslem nations, which attacks are orchestrated by racist and highly unethical Jews. Just as Zionist Jews subverted German society with crypto-Jewish leaders, who rose to power on a platform of anti-Semitism, Zionist Jews are subverting Moslem nations with crypto-Jewish leaders and Jewish agents, who rise to power on an anti-Zionist platform [...] Jews also commit acts of terrorism against various Moslem sects in order to artificially create sectarian strife and divisions among Moslem Peoples." Bjerknes' gloom on the nuclear war meets Mahdi Nazemroaya's concern.
Islamist Trojan Horse
The staunchest advocate of neo-Donmeh policies is Perle. He lauded the co-architect of the Turkey-Israel military accord, US ambassador to Turkey, Strausz-Hupe, who, against his condemnation of nationalism that stood in the way of NWO, saw Jewish nationalism (Zionism) and revived Islam (state-religion chauvinism) as potential allies in the NWO project. Extreme Jews invented Communism, an ostensible solution to the exploitation of masses by “capitalists”, only to replace it with Judeocentric NWO concept to suit post-Cold War era, ostensibly to guard humankind against new "threats". 9/11 and WOT implemented this “philosophy”, in each case inventing the evidence and maintaining the “Asian threat” and WMD scare. US House speaker Newt Gingrich coined "Islamic totalitarianism" (8.2.1995). Who controls the discourse, wins the war of ideas for policy control. Totalitarianism was 20th century threat to Western civilisation. Neocon Daniel Pipes denounced academic leftist and pro-Islamist perspectives as anti-American and sympathetic to enemies of the US. He is "fanatically hostile to Islam, Arabs" and any opponent of his Zionism. Pipes compiles blacklists of professors who "refuse to spout the pro-Israel party line", and encourages students "to spy on their teachers and report miscreants".
The Judeocentric control of the media and public discourse has assured that Bolshevik, Nazi and Communist totalitarianism are associated with Jews as victims, only. Associating totalitarianism with Islam has won the minds for escalating WOT to the ideological-strategic level of ZPC conquests. "Islamic totalitarianism" has turned a billion moderate Muslims into a global, inexorable and mortal enemy, also within the European immigrants by agitation of the radical elements (Piotr Bein, Operation Danish Cartoons, March 2008). Jihadist militancy supported by Western and Israeli intelligence was exploited in each WOT and Balkan cases. Truth was buried by bogus accusations of harbouring Al-Qaeda, WMD and nuclear capability of "an axis of evil", another term by the operatives of the devil. A process of self-fulfilling prophecy triggered a confrontational spiral of chaos and hate – Judeocentrists’ favourite, in Palestine and globally, from old revolutions to date.
Strausz-Hupe, a valued member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), aimed (as Kissinger did) at orchestrating global power by control of elite thought, any civilization's seat of power. In 1957, he laid out the NWO strategy in the first issue of his Orbis, partly re-printed in Orbis (Winter 1991-1992) to re-advocate the NWO: “the explosive forces on the loose in Asia and the implications of a multiple balance of nuclear power, are sufficient to necessitate the establishment of unitary world rule”. Judeocentrically, the NWO wouldn’t arrive peacefully because “upon all revolutionary ages followed the establishment of a universal order in the image and under the domination of one power.” Strausz-Hupe hinted the Americans would do the dirty work, but he didn’t say that by God’s design written into Judeocentric texts (see, for example, Michael Hoffman, Judaism's Strange Gods, 2000), the “chosen people” would rule the NWO. A plethora of mini-powers must be conquered first, Strausz-Hupe submits: “Nationalism is the greatest retrogressive force of this century [...] It is checked only by superior political power; it has become the school for violence and dictatorship. It is narrowly parochial; it negates the promises and requirements of modern technology; it impedes the exchanges of goods and ideas and thus stunts economic and cultural growth.”
The neocons and their German and British colleagues were supporting Islamists in the Balkans, proving Gingrich’s "Islamic totalitarianism" was ZPC ploy. The 1995 intervention in Bosnia on behalf of radical Muslim minority (opposed by the Muslim majority) violated UN rules and international law, but the world accepted it because, ostensibly, it stopped the bloodshed. By 1999, however, the US-NATO air raid on Yugoslavia began propelling Putin to power. To deter the push for legally unprecedented Kosovo independence, he pointed to South Ossetia, Abkhazia, Nagorno-Karabakh and Transnistria who had similar ambitions. The West was furious: "the Kremlin plays its own secessionist games in Georgia and Moldova [...] Putin has simply been using Kosovo as a handy stick to beat the West and to remind the world that Russia still wields a Security Council veto" (NYT 6.12.2007). Invoking DPG, Holbrooke accused Putin of seeking "to reassert Russia's role as a regional hegemon" and refuted suggestions that Kosovo status affects other territorial disputes: Kosovo "is a unique case and sets no precedent for separatist movements elsewhere […] because in 1999, with Russian support, the [UN] was given authority to decide the future of Kosovo" (NYT 6.12.2007). In fact, UN resolution 1244 authorized an interim UN administration, but guaranteed the "sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia". Only a new UN resolution could change it. Russia has been insisting on legal means: the Serbs and Albanians must negotiate a mutually acceptable settlement, in accord with the 1244 resolution.
To bypass legal ways in support of Balkan Islamists, UN’s Nicholas Burns also argued Kosovo was "a unique situation". George Szamuely quotes Burns: "Milosevic tried to annihilate over one million Kosovar Albanian Muslims. He was denied that by NATO. We fought a war over it. And the United Nations and NATO and the EU have kept the peace there for eight-and-a-half years. And now, fully 94 or 95 per cent of the people that live there are Kosovar Albanian Muslims." Burns managed to smuggle a few lies. More than 10% of people in Kosovo are non-Albanian, close to a million of Albanians have entered illegally in the footsteps of NATO, Kosovo Albanians (including non-Muslims) opposed to secession have been terrorized into silence, and Kosovo Albanians are a minority in Serbia as a whole. It is not certain that more than 50% percent of legal Kosovo Albanian Muslims support the secession. Rather, the "majority" are the minority extremists. The most absurd is Burn’s "genocide". At its 1998-1999 peak, the confrontations between Yugoslav anti-terrorist forces and Western- and Jihad-supported KLA, killed some 2,000 people on all sides. This was as proportionate to the population, as the lethal crime in US capital during the same period. According to Noam Chomsky on Al Ahram (18-24.5.2000), the numbers didn’t support the claim to humanitarian intervention. In comparable or much more severe cases, the USA and allies didn’t react or even increased their support to the offender, for example, in East Timor.
Kosovo is an essential part of the Green Transversal, an unbroken region of Muslims – from Bosnia and Albania via Sandjak and Kosovo to Turkey. The Dutch report ridicules Milosevic as Tudjman’s source – "the satirical magazine Vox that was published in Sarajevo". Actually, in its first edition, Vox expressed hate towards Serbs in Serbia, then threats and expectations of massacres of Bosnian Serbs. Vox also published documents based on Izetbegovic’s Islamic Declaration, calling for "political revolution": "There can be no peace or harmony between the "Islamic religion" and non-Islamic social and political institutions […] Our objective is the Islamization of Muslims" […] Our motto is to have faith and fight." This 1970 manifesto was dusted off to stir hatred and civil war.
When the war broke out in Eastern Bosnia in April 1992, and the Muslim majority was against the radicals (as earlier around Bihac), weapons and uniforms arrived at Izetbegovic’s SDA party locales (Ljiljan 21.8.1996). To intimidate and provoke conflict, Vox published a liquidation list of Serbian "war criminals", i.e. former Tito partisans who had fought Handjar SS. A year earlier (De Groene Amsterdammer 13.3.1996), firing of Serbs from jobs followed, as earlier in Croatia. Dressed as Serbian para-militaries of Arkan, local Muslims created a panic. Inside October 1991 Vox were articles on the WWII Bosnian Handjar SS division and future Fourth Reich. The cover featured a Muslim in Turkish cap, one foot on severed Serbian heads. A similar image, but a photo not published by Vox, showed a foot on the severed heads of Bran Duric, Nenad Petkovic and Blagoje Blagojevic. The villain, shown on another photo holding Blagojevic’s head, was a dark-skinned mudjahedin. Also in the 1990s, but in Kosovo, headhunters were KLA "soldiers" Sadik Cuflaj and his teenage son Valon, who were shown in Serbian press, holding severed head of Bojan Cvetkovic, while a comrade held another head.
Vox re-printed Declaration of Independent Bosnia-Herzegovina for the expected secession of Slovenia as a beginning of Yugoslavia’s breakup. As through the Islamic Declaration, the radical Muslims sought to "restore the status quo ante 1878, when Bosnia was a Moslem province ruled by the Sheriyat, with its Christian majority in subjection and subordination, and the whole province in constant turmoil." Living in secular Yugoslavia was "unacceptable to committed Moslems, for whom Moslem rule independent of infidel power was a religious prerequisite". In the new Muslim state a good Serb would be a dead or obedient Serb, or one converted to Islam, "the faith of his forefathers". For each destroyed Muslim house, 10 Serbian houses would be demolished, for each Muslim fatality – 100 Serbs killed, and for each wounded – 10 to 15 Serbs. Serbs would work 12-hour days for wages 30% lower than Muslim wages and proportional to group loyalty. Serbs would lose jobs before Muslims, and would eat rationed food bought in designated stores. Serbs couldn’t have national parties, and could lose their right to associate and vote in case of disobedience. The initiators of the Islamist Bosnian state planned to defend Muslim interests in Sandjak, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia and Serbia – just like the Organization for Islamic Conference (OIC).
OIC set its objectives (1-2.2.1992): recognize independent Bosnia and Herzegovina, assist Kosovo Albanians into independence, recognize political autonomy of Sandjak (Rashka), and steer FYROM into shared Muslim-Macedonian sovereignty. On 5.1.2004, the deputy director of the Center for Security and Investigation of Terrorism (CSIT) at the Belgrade Institute for Political Studies, Darko Trifunovic said that the Bosnian Serbian Republic officials had given NATO-led SFOR and international organizations in Bosnia-Herzegovina a chart which linked Islamic extremists and terrorists in the Balkans. CSIT also learned from Kyrgyzstan National Intelligence Service that a trans-national Islamist extremist group in the former Soviet republics of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and in the Chinese Xinjiang province has been trying to form a Green Transversal in Central Asia, under the sponsorship of Al Qaida. Prepared by international experts, the CSIT chart resulted from an investigation into war crimes by Jihadist units against Bosnian Serbs and Croats. US congressman Randy Cunningham supported the work. Rohan Gunaratne, invited by Paddy Ashdown, the high representative for Bosnia, to investigate, was threatened with death as he confirmed Al Qaida’s presence in Bosnia since 1992. The CSIT chart proved that no-one in Bosnia had identified Al Qaida members and no-one answered why six of them took part in 9/11, because international officials concealed the "war crimes against Serbs and Croats in the name of Allah" and the real reasons behind Bosnia war, said Trifkovic.
If the transversals merged, the Islamist swath would span from Xinjiang to Europe’s underbelly in Albania, Bosnia and Kosovo. Defense & Foreign Affairs (October 2004) obtained intelligence from a Wahabbi terrorist group in Bosnia that showed Saudi-Iranian government anti-Russian support in Chechnya and building a base for future operations in Turkish-occupied Northern Cyprus. Ashdown has been denying that terrorist, or terrorist support organizations, exist in Bosnia, while supporting Islamist agendas and pursuing only alleged Serbian war criminals. This is to be expected from a former British politician and M16 official. Labour MP, Michael Meacher revealed (Guardian 10.9.2005) British government's relationship with a wider Islamist terrorist network: "British intelligence had used the al-Muhajiroun group in London to recruit Islamist militants with British passports for the war against the Serbs in Kosovo". Scotland Yard was interested in an alleged member of al-Muhajiroun, Haroon Rashid Aswat, who could have been behind the London bombings, but M16 protected him.
Haaretz editorial (18.2.2008) pretends that Jihad hasn’t been planted in Europe's underbelly to weaken Western civilization. This is merely a continuation of destroy-from-within policy, using war-of-ideas and universalist instruments of immigration, multi-culturalism and neo-liberalism. On its second anniversary, the "Danish cartoons" affair, ostensibly a battle of freedom-of-speech versus Muslim sensitivities, is clearly a ZPC job, in co-operation with Danish security agencies. ZPC's Trojan Horse relies on stirring up Islamist radicals against the West, only to "prove" to us that not the Judeocentric but the Islamic civilization is the threat. In the 2002 book The Cell reporters John and Chris Miller and Michael Stone wrote about the 1998 bombing of US embassies in East Africa that killed 224 and injured more than 4600 people : "facets of the East Africa plot had been known beforehand to the FBI, the CIA, the State Department, and to Israeli and Kenyan intelligence services […N]o one can seriously argue that the horrors of August 7, 1998, couldn’t have been prevented". After 9/11, it came to light that three of the alleged hijackers had some involvement in the bombings and that the US intelligence was aware of this by late 1999 if not earlier.
Haaretz conveys the official mantra about the absence of Balkan Islamist threat, something that ZPC would sense on another planet. Haaretz reveals: "Jerusalem's special relations with the U.S., its major ally, always have been a central factor in Israeli diplomacy", which says Israel is in the ZPC. Hence, the troubled Israeli and Kosovar sovereignty have a common terrorist thread – one Zionist, the other Albanian Islamist: "Israel, which was established in the wake of the Jewish people's struggle for a national home, should stretch out a hand to other nations seeking self-determination." Was Kosovo in Palestine, the IDF and Mossad would be fighting Albanian terrorism. Because Kosovo is in Europe, as per ZPC Trojan Horse schematic, it is a friend in need.
Why would Germany, the EU leader, support Balkan extremism that aims at Western civilization and the European integrity and stability? Why would the US do it, too, while ostensibly fighting Islamists elsewhere? Some observers suggest that the US entered the Balkan conflicts to appease the Islamic world with an apparent objectivity towards Balkan Muslim strife for democracy, as opposed to backward, tribal Serbian values. Siding with the Muslims, the observers go on, was to offset the negative perceptions of US wars on terror and Israel’s war on Palestinians – wars for democracy that the Islamic world can’t understand. The leading Democrat in the influential Foreign Policy Committee, Joseph Biden expressed the pro-Islamist policy on Voice of America (8.11.2005): "If we get Kosovo right, Muslims around the world will be reminded how the United States came to the aid of Kosovo’s Muslim population and helped them build a strong, independent, multi-ethnic democracy." By 2005, Albanian ethnic cleanser, terrorist and mafia notoriety and inability to govern themselves was in reports by many organizations.
The first part of Biden's statement, too, was rubbish meant to cover up ZPC’s anti-West Trojan Horse. For if the neocons, the world’s most effective power broker, didn’t wish Islamists to get ahead in the Balkans, they wouldn’t have allowed US special resources to facilitate importing, arming and otherwise supporting the Balkan Jihadists. The evidence is overwhelming that the neocons have done the opposite. US ambassador in Zagreb, Peter Galbraith confirmed an appeasement policy when the West sided with Bosnian Muslims, against Bosnian Croats who had been cornered into a federal position under radical Muslim domination. Even the Croatian Roman Catholic Church endorsed this appeasement against the Bosnian Croats, dooming them to surrend ancestral lands as they were leaving for Croatia.
The appeasement notion is bogus. Intelligence agencies could have predicted that the appeasement would have the opposite effect. Because of WOT, Muslims hold the West in greater contempt and are more convinced that their Allah is true and our God is false, since Albanian Muslims are allowed to destroy our God's temples while our soldiers in Kosovo don’t react. The image repairing has failed. The Islamic Lobby has exploited it for Islam to advance into the Western world. To Muslims around the world it as a sure sign of inferiority and decadence of the USA and the Western civilization in general. Owing to US, British, and German aid to Balkan Muslims, Bosnia and Kosovo, two Muslim states were born in Europe for the first time since the fall of the Turkish Empire. For a fee of US$ 250,000, Clinton unveiled (20.3.2003) a monument with Arabic inscriptions at the site of the 1995 "Srebrenica massacre" by Bosnian Serb forces. Arabic is foreign to Balkan Muslims, and the site became a place of international Islamic pilgrimage. Osama bin Laden‘s mujahedins took part in the most atrocious war crimes by Bosnian Muslim forces stationing in Srebrenica. The monument honours them, too.
The Islamic contribution to the Balkan problem has been concealed. True, oil-wealthy Saudi Arabia, the co-founder of OIC, has been pressuring the UN into accepting Kosovo secession, but the US and the ZPC could defy the law, for which they are notorious. OIC has initiated UN resolutions condemning Serbs, and pressured the West to introduce sanctions, bomb the Bosnian Serbs and finally bomb Yugoslavia and invade Kosovo. How OIC convinced the West, is a mystery. NATO countries allowed direct interference of theocracy with secularism when at the London Conference on Yugoslavia in August 1992, the OIC became a full member of a supervisory committee. All the way, the OIC regarded the Kosovo issue to be exclusively a Muslim question. Under UNMIK, "Islamization and re-Islamization of Kosovo society is being implemented through external aid, originating both from radical Islamic institutions and from the most official Western sources […] EU institutions and UNMIK committed to building or repairing more than one hundred mosques at the very time when hundreds of Christian religious monuments were being destroyed in the province by Albanian nationalists." (Alexander Del Valle, Guerres contre Europe, Edition des Syrtes, Paris, 2000, p 125)
In seeking national identity for the last two centuries, Albania’s Orthodox, Roman Catholics and Muslims settled on secularism, but Islam prevailed. Lantos, DioGuardi, Bob Dole and others advised the Albanians to rid themselves of the Muslim image to appear European. Albanian political leaders have presented the nation as one that was forced into Islam but they lied that the imposition was never accepted. At publicized funerals, Albanians were advised to carry candles, like Catholics did. They were told to celebrate Mother Theresa’s cult and attend a Catholic church in Pristina for Christmas, even though Catholics constituted less than 1% of Kosovo Albanians. A rumour was spread that Albanian Muslim masses were converting to Catholicism, but local imams debunked it, while the Muslim asked for protection from Roman Catholic pressures. A top deception was Ibrahim Rugova’s "baptism", intended to impress the West that Albanians were Roman Catholics as opposed to Orthodox Serbs supposedly tied to Moscow. OIC upheld the hoax when it sent condolences to Pristina after Rugova’s death. Was the conversion true, OIC wouldn’t have done it, as Koran condemns to death the supporters of Muslim converts.
Women, sticks and tribunals
After Lord Carrington had brokered the Serb-Croats-Muslim agreement in Lisbon (18.3.1992) that would have prevented further breakup of Yugoslavia, acting secretary of state Lawrence Eagleburger sent the US ambassador in Belgrade, Warren Zimmerman to encourage Izetbegovic to renege (NYT 17.6.1993). Such incidents led Sir Alfred Sherman, a US Cold War ally, to regard the US Balkan policy as "lying and cheating, fomenting war in which civilians are the main casualty, and in which ancient hatreds feed on themselves". Having prevented EU stand against Yugoslavia’s partition, the US pushed them "into a military offensive sparked off by staged incidents" and "organized the UN sanctions against Serbia-Montenegro on the basis of one such staged incident." The US had entered "long-standing and perhaps incurable national conflicts, between Serbs and Croats, Christians and Moslems, (Slav) Macedonians and Greeks, Slovaks and Hungarians, Hungarians and Romanians, Romanians and Ukrainians", and had pressed Czechs, Poles, and Hungarians into NATO. Sherman indicated Eagleburger had helped ZPC take Balkan policy over: "Secretary of State Baker favored the preservation of Yugoslavia as an entity" but when in 1992 he left for Bush's chief campaign manager, Eagleburger, now a secretary of state, "was given a free run, with his own personal Balkan agenda, the Serbophobes and Islamophiles came out of the woodwork […T]o intervene in favor of Clero-Fascism and Islamic fundamentalism, to help expel Serbs from land they have inhabited as majorities for centuries, and to adopt the German-Hungarian drive to reverse what is left of the Versailles provisions, does not make sense."
Sherwin guardedly pointed to the ZPC: "people who will not resist the Temptation to invent new missions, lay down new embargoes and fabricate new courts. For the time being, they control the United Nations, the World Bank, most of the world's military high-tech weapons, and the vast majority of the satellites which watch us […W]e must ask what ambitions they will declare next […] Bosnia was the acid test […T]hey knew the damage it would do to their oldest alliances; but they could not resist." Sherman erred that US administration needed new enemies to bathe in "the winning-the-Cold-War glow". The "US" policy continues the destructive traditions of Zionism, Bolshevism, Nazism and Communism, with similar totalitarian ideology, but coated in new phrases and rhetoric by "intellectuals" and "philosophers". The Dayton "accords" of 1995 imposed political entities on the multi-ethnic Bosnia, and entrusted the peoples’ fate to outsiders. Only Izetbegovic extremists represented Bosnian Muslims in Dayton, foreshadowing KLA in Ramboulliet and Kosovo "independence". In Dayton, the US government maneuvered the Bosnian Serb representatives out of the negotiations, and set up president Milosevic of Serbia to negotiate for his Bosnian brothers. The West praised him for it. Perle and Feith advised Bosnia government during the Dayton peace talks, but without registering with the US justice department. Holbrooke was the chief NATO civilian negotiator and Wesley Clark the chief NATO military negotiator. After Dayton, Perle served as a military adviser to the Bosnian government.
Dayton institutionalized US support to Islamists and Jihadists in the Balkans. It also underpinned expulsion of Serbs – physically from parts of Bosnia, and as a group, from the protection of international law. Through the ICTY, the USA charged "war criminals" with genocide as an inexpensive insurance policy against the Serbs who demand their rights. ICTY trials ensure that the public perceive NATO war a justified humanitarian intervention. Dayton’s multi-ethnic state had not arisen in Bosnia, because the architects sided with the Islamist fascists. The Serbs want to join Serbia, the Croats – Croatia, while the Islamists want to dominate. Putting Bosnian Serbs and Croats under an Islamic rule was hypocritical after Yugoslavia had been partitioned, and Kosovo has parted with Serbia.
The failure of Dayton "multi-ethnicity" paralleled the failure of Kosovo UN resolution 1244. MPRI hired for Croat war in 1995 was also on contract with the KLA. After June 1999, some key military personnel and UN staff previously stationed in Croatia and Bosnia went to Kosovo. One of them, gen. Mike Jackson, while commanding IFOR in Croatia, had not rushed resettlement of Serbs, ostensibly to avoid conflicts with the Croats and the land mine threat (Jane's Defence Weekly 14.2.1996). Very few Serbs were allowed to return. KFOR commander Jackson tolerated KLA terror that had the same "land mine" effect. War criminal from Croat bloody ethnic cleansing operations, gen. Ceku was later nominated KLA commander. NATO officials, Western heads of state and UN and ICTY officials knew of Ceku's war crimes. The ICTY found the Croat forces operated in "arson squads", leaving complete destruction to prevent the return of Krajina Serbs. The ICTY alleged that hundreds of Krajina Serbs were murdered or disappeared in the wake of the 1995, Operation Storm, of which unindicted war criminal Ceku was "one of the key planners" (Jane Defence Weekly 10.6.1999). Three European Community Monitoring Mission (ECMM) teams observed (7-22.8.1995) whole Serb villages after systematic burning, within co-ordinated ethnic cleansing that was approved at the highest Croat level, to prevent Serb returns. Soren Liborious (ECMM 23.8.1995) estimated the remaining Serbs (mostly the elderly) at 2-5% of pre-hostility total in the area. A classified report cited by Robert Fisk (Independent 4.9.1995) reported daily discovery of elderly bodies, many mutilated, with bullet holes in the back of the head, or throats cut. The atrocities persisted a year after: "Serbian villages, towns and homesteads were systematically torched and laid waste […] to eliminate every vestige of Serb occupation; it included the systematic ploughing up of cemeteries, destruction of churches and even the levelling of the stone walls which had divided their land-holdings for centuries. Today, one year after the event, the torture, harassment and slaughter of those too old, infirm or just too stubborn to leave continues, and with the full knowledge of the US and the wider international community."
Chussodovsky observed that ""ethnic cleansing" implemented by the KLA has been accepted by the "international community" as a "fait accompli"" Thaci wrote positively about Serbian return (Christian Science Monitor 17.11.2003). Four months later, his hordes set torches to houses prepared for Kosovo Serb returnees, funded from tax and private contributions of Western Christians. On the eve of the pogroms (16.3.2004), while the European Parliament held hearings on abysmal human rights violations by the Kosovo extremists, Thaci visited the US deputy assistant secretary of Europe and Euro-Asia, Kathleen Stephens who appreciated Thaci's "effort for creating necessary conditions for the well being of the citizens in areas such as the rule of law, the fight against crime and corruption, the dialogue, the returns, freedom of movement, economic development and privatization" (UNMIK press report). Thaci appealed to his cohorts to stop "protests and violence", pretending a surprise, but Prishtina’s daily Epoka e re published "Serbs drowned three Albanian children", starting the pogroms. The falsehood triggered Albanian "demonstrations" in Mitrovica, obviously not as spontaneous as the media presented.
On 17.3.2004, pogrom's first day, Serb Orthodox Church authorities in Kosovo recognized a plot (ERP KiM Info-Service 4.11.2003): "The story of the Albanian leaders about so-called multiethnicity and democracy has been and remains pure deception [...] to gain time and complete the process of complete rearmament and creation of paramilitary forces." Based on their own intelligence, the Serb Orthodox authorities in Kosovo informed the public after the first attempts at pogroms: "there is a general campaign by Kosovo Albanians organized by extremist groups in progress whose purpose is to destabilize the Province and expel the remaining Serbian population." Several Western spokesmen, intelligence sources and strategic analysts, including NATO, KFOR and UNMIK, admitted the pogroms were "systematic" and "planned". A Kosovo Albanian journalist with Koha Ditore, Veton Surroi said that Albanians had organized the "orchestrated phase" of violence in Kosovo with the aim of expelling the Serb population. It was Croat army and neo-Nazi mercenaries in Slavonia and Krajina, and in March 2004 – Jihadist mob sreaming "UCK!", "Allah Akbar!", and spraying graffiti "Death to Serbs!" and "UNMIK go home!". The tactics required cooperation with KFOR and UNMIK. Typically a mob marched on a Serbian object or village, KFOR provided security, KPS police arrived and evacuated Serbs into awaiting buses, ostensibly to protect them. KFOR retreated, "helpless" in the face of the armed mob. The mob finished the rampage, by plundering and burning everything Serbian. While the busloads of hordes burned Serbian homes and churches, truck-delivered trays of sandwiches and Molotov cocktails kept them going (ERP KiM 10.4.2004).
In Gregory Copley’s analysis of the pogroms (Defense & Foreign Affairs Daily 19.3.2004), KFOR-UNMIK were accomplices in a "forecast series of unrest, guerilla warfare and terrorist activity planned by radical Islamist leaders in Bosnia, Albania, Iran and in the Islamist areas of Serbia, and directly linked with the various al-Qaida-related mujahedin and terrorist cells in the area." Bush said when declaring "war on terror", "If you harbour terrorists, if you feed them..." US troops sat quiet in Camp Bondsteel while terrorists torched Kosovo. Copley absolved Serbs from any role in the pogroms weren’t "an isolated expression of frustration, but, rather, part of a planned "season" of unrest designed explicitly to pull US and Western strategic focus away from Iraq, and to ensure that US and Western peacekeeping forces [...] will need to be held in the Balkans." Defense & Foreign Affairs (15.10.2003) forecasted the "season". In preparation for it, the National Albanian American Council (NAAC) called for "recognition of independence" of Albanian Kosovo, "resolving Kosova's final status in accordance with the will of the people", and blamed Belgrade for any future unrest. After the pogroms, NAAC blamed Serbian intelligence. The violence reflected growing impatience of the Albanian majority (NYT 18.3.2004), whose leaders and parliamentarians used the self-created "opportunity" to call for independence (Reuters 18.3.2004). Morton Abramowitz blamed Serbia, NATO and EU for delaying independence and thus causing the violence (Washington Times 19.3.2004), and "moderate" president Ibrahim Rugova believed only independence would cure extremism (Tanjug 5.4.2004).
Serbia-Montenegro army’s gen. Mladen Cirkovic in charge of intelligence accused UN and NATO that they ignored his advance warnings of looming pogroms (Beta 27.3.2004). General secretaries of NATO and UN condemned the pogroms as if their forces were ignorant. Thanks to Serbian intelligence, Kostunica could point to the perpetrators, including KLA veterans and their comrades in Southern Serbia, all of them tied to KFOR, UNMIK, KPS, KPC paramilitary, and political parties (Glas Javnosti 27.3.2004). In my 2003, travels to Kosovo, I saw posters of the supposedly outlawed KLA in the window of Thaci’s party offices, many business premises in Kosovo, and on a road sign next to an UNMIK police station in Decani. Those responsible for Kosovo security knew about Albanian pathological hatred of Serbs, but didn’t intervene. KFOR security was even relaxed in strategic points, such as checkpopints at Serb villages and at the Serb Orthodox Patriarchate in Pec, as if inviting the extremists. Combined KFOR-UNMIK forces were unable to provide such basic service as a timely passage of an ambulance with a dying child to a hospital.
According to the monks’ ERP KiM (20.3.2004), Milena Markovic reported from ethnically cleansed Serbs in various KFOR shelters; an elderly Serb from Priluzje, Trojan Kovacevic said, "I asked the police commander if he could do anything for us to get us back to our homes. He answered, I cannot do anything even if you die here like animals". After visiting the ruins of Holy Archangels Monastery, Kosovo monks commented: "German KFOR has resumed protection of the ruins of the monastery (sic!) which is currently not at all habitable." German KFOR commander Dieter Hintelmann forbid the monks to return to the ruins, until a post-pogrom "political agreement" was reached – as pre-planned? Two thousand French KFOR troops watched Svinjare village (130 houses, 800 residents) burn to the ground. KFOR was instructed not to intervene, or else the Albanian mob wouldn’t dare to rampage for several hours at each place of destruction. But French captain Frederic Vareilles said the troops couldn’t intervene because they were busy keeping Serbs and Albanians apart. Future US ambassador to Belgrade, Michael Polt stated the extremists had not achieved the terrorization goal thanks to KFOR’s intervention (Beta 27.3.2004). He must have watched the CNN.
Glas Javnosti named the culprits: Rugova, Bujar Bukoshi and Ceku. KPS guarded everything but the safety of minorities. KPS induced the terrorized population to move out, and even evicted people, set fire and looted their houses. In some cases, Kostunica stressed, shortly after evacuation by KFOR and UNMIK, deserted homes were set on fire, as if planned beforehand. One of the groups accused of the pogroms was the National Movement for Liberation of Kosovo (NMLK), supported from abroad by former Kosovo province premier Bukoshi, and by Rugova and others. Bukoshi and Rugova had negotiated a union of NMLK and Rugova’s party with a group of former Albanian officers in Yugoslav army now working in the KPC and KPS. The leaders of all the organizations and the commander of local mudjahedins were suspects. The pogroms were carried out by 30,000 KLA soldiers from Kosovo, Southern Serbia, and Albanian National Army; 4,000 armed men of Rugova’s and 8,000 of Thaci’s parties, and 1,500 of another war criminal, Ramush Haradinaj 4,000 KPC troops of Ceku, and 6,000 KPS men. 50,000 civilian hordes doubled by the second day of pogroms. Among them were fighters alien to the region, probably international Jihadists. 18,000 KFOR and 4,000 UNMIK troops faced hordes that put women and children armed with stones, sticks and Molotov cocktails in the front, "disarming" the peacekeepers who later excused their inaction with this "surprise" Albanian tactics. In Prizren, German KFOR watched and photographed the rampage like a tourist attraction, as the Maroccan KFOR did in Mitrovica.
Legalistic warfare
To Chussovosky, the UN-NATO service in Kosovo was a case of "the outright "criminalisation" of civilian State institutions and the establishment of what is best described as a "Mafia State". The complicity of NATO and the Alliance governments (namely their relentless support to the KLA) points to the de facto "criminalisation" of KFOR and of the UN peacekeeping apparatus in Kosovo. The donor agencies and governments (eg. the funds approved by the US Congress in violation of several UN Security Council resolutions) providing financial support to the KLA are, in this regard, also "accessories" to the de facto criminalisation of State institutions. Through the intermediation of a paramilitary group (created and financed by Washington and Bonn), NATO ultimately bears the burden of responsibility for the massacres and ethnic cleansing of civilians in Kosovo."
Kosovo women and children have served the same goal as the ICTY that is also under control of war criminals. ICTY internal report on the Krajina massacres leaked a few days before NATO 1999 bombing. ICTY tried to downplay the matter, but eventually had to murder Milosevic because his accusers had started the war in Yugoslavia, the ultimate war crime. A former Nuremberg prosecutor Walter Rockler quoted the head of the American prosecution justice Robert Jackson, that "launching a war aggression is a crime" and "no political or economic situation can justify it" (Chicago Tribune 23.5.1999). NATO powers' creation, the ICTY continued its sponsors' aggression, inventing rules, procedures and concepts in trials of disproportionately more Serbs than the others. But the USA has refused to recognize the International Criminal Court, allegedly because of its "politicization". ICTY politicization included organization, staffing, funding, and vetting of top personnel by NATO who also controlled information and served as ICTY's police arm. NYT portrayed ICTY as "the epitome of Western justice", and the prosecutors' point of view as largely that of NATO and "its American leadership." NATO spokesman said: "when Justice Arbour goes to Kosovo and looks at the facts she will be indicting people of Yugoslavia nationality and I don’t anticipate any others at this stage" (Federal News Service 17.5.1999).
According to former US state department lawyer, ICTY helped "isolate offending leaders" and "fortify the international political will to employ economic sanctions or use force" (Washington Post 3.10.1999). Michael Mandel in How America Gets Away With Murder described how ICTY opposed the peace process, and how US officials used alleged Serb criminality to subvert peace plans in 1992 and 1993, "to justify their intention to go to war, collateral damage and all, by branding their proposed enemies as Nazis." David Owen wrote in Balkan Odyssey that the US and Izetbegović scuttled the Lisbon peace agreement, and through subsequent initiatives jeopardized peace. In July 1995, ICTY indicted Mladic and Karadzic, including the charge of genocide for conduct of subordinates at camps in 1992. In November, a second count of genocide at Srebrenica effectively excluded these two from Dayton, well before ICTY verified the facts. Even after Srebrenica, the found no evidence for Milosevic‘s alleged war crimes.
In June 1998, as US-NATO planned the Kosovo campaign, ICTY denounced Serb actions in Kosovo. Then ICTY chief prosecutor Louise Arbour declared the Racak "killings" (15.1.1999) a "war crime", in time before the bombing. A week after the bombing began, Arbour publicized a sealed, September 1997 indictment of Arkan, but tabled (22.5.1999) an indictment of Milosevic and four others in a clear "justification" of US-NATO air raids. Albright stated that the indictments made "very clear to the world and the publics in our countries that [NATO policy] is justified because of the crimes committed" (CNN 27.5.1999). The indictment was prepared on unverified information. Arbour immediately acted upon the unverified Racak crime, but it took her and successor Carla del Ponte a year to declare there was no basis for opening an investigation of NATO war crimes; 495 dead victims of NATO were "no evidence of the necessary crime base for charges of genocide or crimes against humanity" but Racak 45 dead were. Del Ponte's expert in dropped the investigation, based on press releases as "generally reliable". NATO suppressed the Finnish forensic investigation of Racak as soon as it indicated a hoax. The head of the Finnish team, Dr. Helena Ranta (3.5.2000) told me a NATO meeting had ordered her report classified, while it indirectly incriminated NATO (Berliner Zeitung 17.1.2001), like her early press conference (17.3.1999). Ranta's team found the "executed" had been brought from elsewhere and had been combatants. The body mutilations, "a Serbian atrocity", had been due to animals feeding (Forensic Science International 15.2.2001). The Serbian media and Serbian and Byelorussian forensic teams, the OSCE observers (Guardian 21.1.1999) and AP reporters (Le Figaro 20.1.1999; Le Monde 21.1.1999) had been right.
After the 1999 Kosovo indictment had misfired for insufficient evidence, several years after Milosevic's admitted positive role in Dayton and several months after his kidnapping (28.6.2001), ICTY charged him for Bosnia and Croatia. Critics concluded: "These evidences of ICTY political subordination […] and its laughable basis for not even investigating NATO's war crimes, would have discredited the ICTY as a supposedly judicial body, if we were not dealing with a well-oiled propaganda machine". Murder of Milosevic (11.3.2006) incriminated ICTY further. He had no suicide motive. The August 2005 withdrawal of the "Greater Serbia" charge tacitly acknowledged the case turned bad for the prosecution. The prosecution was losing the case and the evidence implicated NATO country leaders. Milosevic's knowledge of their war crimes was threatening.
After 14 years' deliberations, the panel of judges of the International Court of Justice overwhelmingly voted to clear Serbia of all counts of Bosnian Muslim charge of "committing, conspiring, helping, instigating and collaborating in genocide" in the Bosnian war (1992-1995). The court irrevocably ruled (26.2.2007) that Serbia wasn't responsible for acts of genocide, clearing Serbia of the Srebrenica massacre and war reparations to Bosnia. The ICJ effectively exonerated Milosevic who consistently maintained that neither Yugoslavia nor Serbia had commanded the Bosnian Serb army, nor had pursued "Greater Serbism" (a charge the ICTY dropped in 2005 for lack of evidence). The ICJ ruling derailed ICTY rationale for the show case and belied military interventions to stop genocide in the Balkans, indirectly blaming the ZPC and its "international community", for the civil wars. A professed failure of the "international community" to intervene tough enough in the Balkans has partly justified interventions in other regions; the ICJ ruling undermines the interventionism.
Through re-definition of genocide, ICTY has convicted Bosnian Serb army officers, Krstic and Blagojevic, for committing genocide in Srebrenica. Without performing an independent investigation, the ICJ copied ICTY's decision and blamed the Bosnian Serb Republic and Karadzic and Mladic for "an act of genocide", Srebrenica. This verdict invites reclassification of most conflicts as "genocide" or where "act of genocide has occurred". Another irrational ICJ ruling found Serbia guilty of not punishing and extraditing these alleged villains, as if Serbia had knowledge of their whereabouts and means to do it. The ICJ "has not found that the information available to the Belgrade authorities indicated, as a matter of certainty, that genocide was imminent", but deemed Belgrade guilty of "failing to prevent" Bosnian Serbs from overtaking Srebrenica and committing genocide there. The ICJ ignored the fact that NATO Rapid Reaction Force and UNPROFOR were in a better position to know and act than Serbia was. Bosnian Muslims sued Holland for USD 1.3 billion. When Yugoslavia questioned (1996) ICJ's jurisdiction over the Bosnian Muslim lawsuit, the court explained that it had "power to rule on alleged breaches of obligations imposed by the Genocide Convention, but not on breaches of other obligations under international law". When, however, Yugoslavia asked (1999) to order NATO states to "cease immediately" the bombing and to "refrain from any act of threat or use of force", the ICJ rejected the case, for lack of "prima facie jurisdiction" for eight NATO members, but invoked lack of consent from the USA and Spain, as if the prima facie rationale was not sufficient. If a UN court can't adjudicate UN Charter breaches, then who can?
Since intent of genocide wasn't proven on massive killings throughout Bosnia, the ICJ deemed the crimes to be outside its jurisdiction. Would protracted exterminations (intent of genocide) of Serbian villages around Srebrenica by gen. Nasir Oric's forces fall under ICJ's jurisdiction? Protection of Oric's forces in the "UN safe area" and arming them incriminates the supporters, as help and collaboration in genocide, or failure to prevent genocide. Arguably, all warring parties could sue their adversaries, including the moderate Bosnian Muslim majority against Izetbegovic minority. But before which court would they go? Both ICJ and ICTY are biased. The ICJ accepted "relevant findings of fact of the [ICTY] at trial as highly persuasive", without an independent investigation of the evidence on the alleged Srebrenica genocide. The relaxation of the standard of proof contrasted with the requirement of "fully conclusive" evidence regarding alleged genocide by Serbia in Bosnia, and "proof at a high level of certainty appropriate to the seriousness of the allegation" regarding prevention of genocide and punishment and extradition of perpetrators.
ICJ confirmation of Srebrenica genocide proves politicization and ZPC villainy in the Balkan conflicts. Of all the post-WWII killings, the ICJ focused on the Balkans (as ZPC politicians and media did) and Bosnia, where about 100,000 civilians and combatants died on all sides, of which a number much smaller than the claimed 7,000 attracted attention at Srebrenica. The purpose of mendacious manipulation of the Srebrenica war crime into "genocide" is clear, given the ZPC villain. Juedocentric tradition scapegoats the victim, and refers to Judaic symbols in excuse. Srebrenica scapegoats the Serbian victims of ZPC's recent Balkan wars, and, by designting it a genocide, eliminates scrutiny and critique of the both the ZPC mass crimes and the construct. Revisionistically, the ICJ accepted the ICTY judgments regarding genocide, at a time when Germany proposed a European law against genocide denial. An analyst asked: "Who will be the guardians of the "official truth" and what is to stop them […] from effectively revising history themselves?" Being the first application of adjudication of the Genocide Convention to war crimes, ICJ's performance bodes well neither for genocide policing nor for prosecution of war crimes and crimes against humanity. Guilt can be arbitrarily attributed with selective justice. As clearly as they provided cover for the "supreme international crime", ICJ and ICTY manufactured "genocide" where ZPC needed it most – for interventionist propaganda and cover-ups of own crimes. It is unsettlnig that the ZPC actors – who cause the mass crimes by stirring ancient animosities, extremist deviations and artificial constructs, and apply the Holocaustianity as a whip against critics – stay outside of the law.
